The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a coffee shop next to the lobby and Starbucks next door if your prefer. At night, there are various food vendors right outside the hotel. The subway station is literally right in front of the hotel.

The staff was great and very helpful. The food was really good and reasonably priced with good variety! My only complaints are there wasn’t a smart tv in the room so unless you have miracast (iPhones don’t) you were left to the hotel tv. Also, my room was facing the street and could hear sirens all night. My room was also near an exit door that staff used and it slammed pretty loudly. I am sensitive to noise so this may not bother someone else. I liked that it was connected to the mall with a connection to the bts. Other than that the location felt a bit off. I really liked the hotel so if you don’t mind those things it will do wonders for you! The bed was also really comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at Avani very much. The hotel is a 5-star property and a very good value. The staff was wonderful and the proximity to the On Nut BTS station, the mall, and the large new Lotus was ideal for celebrating Songkran. The pool closed very early, at 8pm, which was slightly disappointing.

I was not impressed thisntome.around by the room they offered me .With my Expedia status in should get upgrades when possible and feel I was downgraded .Asked for a coffee machine ,couldn't help .jI am also very disappointed with Expedia staff who did nothing to help when I mentioned my issues withnthe hotel.Empty excuses that meant nothing in terms of actual help
