I always stay at this Hotel while visiting Victoria. Friendly staff and great facility. Always enjoy pool time and a refreshing cocktail at the bar. Five stars.

Beautiful rooms. Lots of great extras. Lovely dining, patios and exquisite pool area. Only issue was parking. We have a large SUV which fitted poorly in the small spaces in upper deck, and couldn't use lower deck at all, which was less crowded.

I would have liked water in the cooler/fridge stocked even if I had to pay for it. The room was clean and modern, cleaning service was prompt and excellent. The shuttle service was not running for a couple of the days we visited-too bad. The harbour view was nice but only partial in the room we stayed 414 - the inner harbour view was blocked by the balconies of the room next to us. Front desk staff were great. A little expensive but overall a good stay. It's a bit of a walk to buy fruit, beverages, snacks for your room.
