Genial Odalar çok temiz, personel çok ilgili. Ancak zemin kattaki odalar fazlasıyla gürültülü. Mümkünse otelin üst katlarında konaklanmalı...

Hotel is clean. It’s about 45 mn away from the airport, in a residential area.
Staff is welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is good and has varied items. About 30 mn away from Karakoy and Galata Tower

Close enough to walk to many places, but never had to wait more than a minute or two for taxi if needed to go further. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and could not have asked for better. Rooms were always clean and amenities were fine. Would happily stay there again.

The Mona Bosphorus exceeded our expectations. Great hotel with amazingly comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great position that is within walking distance of the main street and many places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. Some of the streets leading to the hotel are a bit steep but easily walkable and the taxi's were mostly OK getting to the hotel even in the rare snow which we had while we were there

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great spot if you are Istanbul to enjoy the nightlife. Not great if you want to relax in your room and sleep early. Overall it was a lovely hotel

Mona is an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were kind and responsive to any request. The cleaning lady was such a beautiful soul and with a positive attitude. I recommend Mona hotel to everyone :)

Very clean hotel and staff is lovely. but its quite far from shops and view is restricted due to houses around it.
