Like other places the sound insulation can be a bit lacking but otherwise our stay was excellent.

A very good boutique hotel located on an alley. Great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. We will definitely come back here when we visit Hanoi again.

Great location and customer service is impeccable. Rooms are small leaving no room for suitcases. Also, the walls are pretty thin, it was very loud at night and in the early morning. Great location! Near the lake, shopping, food, massages and so much more.

Conveniently located

The Old Quarter is exciting at first, but it quickly becomes hectic, loud, and overwhelming. Cafés and shops are everywhere, but this atmosphere exists throughout much of Hanoi, and taxis are very inexpensive—so staying right here isn’t necessary. My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room layout was awkward and cramped, making it difficult to move around. I was traveling solo but placed in a family-style room with multiple beds and a strange layout. There was no nightstand, outlets were poorly placed, the refrigerator barely worked, and the TV was dated with inaccessible HDMI ports. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Even set to 19–20°C, the room stayed warm during the day and only cooled slightly late at night. Noise was also a problem, with loud housekeeping early in the morning and poor sound insulation. I also experienced smoke odor late at night. Staff was polite and listened, but the alternative room shown later was actually smaller and felt like a downgrade. I paid $75–78 USD, but the room felt worth closer to a lot less at least until they fix their problems. I would not stay here again. I would have gave a one star, but the two stars was because the lady at the front desk was nice and listened but my overall experience was still not great.

Friendly staff, many spoke English. Breakfast was authentic and delicious!

Our room was a little bit small and the climatisation wasn’t strong enough. But other than that, everything was perfect! The breakfast was more than excellent and the staff (special mention to Celina) was adorable!
