Rude check in Nice room A little far out Handy for tram Close to supermarket

Cleanes of Rooms were average, staff, didn't have enough knowledge of the city, breakfast wasn't very good I would not expect that hotel has 4star should be below.

Staff were very helpful on all fronts.

Hotel is not new but well maintained

Overall beautiful hotel, good friendly service. Great breakfast, although sometimes felt a bit crowded. Not in the tourist area of Vienna, but very close to public transportation. Not a walkable distance to the center. Supermarket Billa just in front of the entrance. A few additional supermarkets around, as well as basic dining options - McDonald's, pizza. Big nice room, good enough for family of 4. Value for money as fare and good. For the cons - location is not central. The water pressure in the shower was weak, not a pleasant experience after a long day of winter sightseeing.The beds were not comfortable - matrasses are way too soft, had trouble having a good sleep. Both elevators were broke - one for the whole period of our stay, the second and last broke a day before our check out. Had to climb 5 floors several times a day and handle the suitcases on our way out - seriously unacceptable. Overall, nice, safe and beautiful hotel.

I booked a superior room but the room I got did not match photos on the website at all.

Super cute place, abit far from attractions and abit dated but good for the price! Staff were friendly and room was fine! Good for the price we paid and very charming lobby area!

Easy tram access. Near McDonald's and grocery store
