Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and insisting they needed the credit card though I showed the reservation with the credit card number that matched, they wanted the card. It really ruined my experience and the peacefulness and tranquility this resort offers. They apologized the next evening and offered a free transportation to the airport. They also promised some other gifts, but never received those. Management needs to rework their check in process. This was ridiculous. If the resort wasn’t so nice and the food so amazing I would’ve given this experience a 2.
