Great stay! The room was really comfortable. The location is amazing - close to most things and a quick subway ride to everything else. The coffee machine in the lobby is amazing. Highly recommend a stay here

Staff was patient and helpful. They had umbrellas you could borrow which came in handy. Room was clean, loved separate toilet and shower room. Great amenities and a central location for our needs.

Hotel was very helpful. We were able to store luggage since we arrived before check-in and they were very helpful arranging a cab for us to the airport. It was a nice perk to have the drink/snacks on the 9th floor with our room. Rooms were well sized, and having the sofa was nice bonus. Bath products were great and well stocked amenities. Room was a bit scuffed on walls and carpets. AC works great and was nice to have a tub in the room and seperate toilet room

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande. We had a triple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The location is convenient although it was a slightly longer 10min + walk to the Namba train station. It is not a very long walk but it does seem long after a long day of sightseeing. There is Kura sushi, ramen and a Lawson accessible on the second floor. We did not pay for the breakfast so I don’t have any comments on that. The rooms are clean, modern and roomy for Japanese hotel. We enjoyed the view of the trains passing by our window. You can hear them but the noise did not bother us. If you are sensitive to train noise maybe ask for a room facing away from the trains. Overall it is a great base for exploring Osaka. It is convenient enough and in a quiet neighbourhood.
