Deveriam ter explicado que o café da manhã e o estacionamento não estavam incluídos na reserva, alem disso, chegamos no endereço do hotel e não havia recepcionista. Tivemos que fazer uma ligação para sermos atendidos. Mas atribuo essas falhas ao Hotel.com

M'he quedat amb la família · Per a l'oci

Property was modern and newish, we booked 2 rooms whole floor, hot water ran out at 2 person, other room had a freezing cold shower, no hot water left!!!, Also not enough linen, it was freezing all night only 1 light weight blanket on bed no spare in cardboard, also toilet running all night. Woke up exhausted and uneasy, would not return. Aircon doesn't seam to have heat settling on cold!
