Wow! We had an amazing stay at The Mercury Tokyo Stay Namba Osaka. Everything about this hotel was amazing. It is so close in proximity to just about everything and everywhere we wanted to go. The room and hotel were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Having a washer/dryer in our room was so nice, especially having detergent provided. The staff was so kind and spoke enough english to be able to communicate with us. The AC worked very well!!! The pool table upstairs was a nice touch. The gym is small but worked out for us. The restaurant had great service and delicious food. The area was super safe. My wife and daughter even went out to a nightclub and felt safe walking to and from Dotonbori. The only issue we ran into is a few taxis did not want to drop us off in front of our hotel for some odd reason, although most did. That has nothing nothing to do with the amazing stay we had here. As stated in other reviews, the room is a bit dark even with the lights on and shades open, but nonetheless it was a great stay!!! We would stay here again!!! Thank you.

Clean and spacious room. A little dark but not too dark like other people have said. Open a blind and it’s fine! Great location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially helping us forward our luggage to Tokyo!

We loved our stay at the Mercure Osaka Namba. The location was just a short walk to the areas we wanted to see. The room was very clean, the staff were helpful with our luggage forwarding and having a washer and dryer in our room was very helpful after two weeks of travelling. The lobby is beautiful and my teen boys loved the pool table. We ate at the restaurant once and the meal was wonderful for a good price. Would 100% recommend.

Everything was nice, clean, and maintained. We preferred the location. Everything is a bit dark, but that's the vibe they were going for. Two concerns. One of the bartenders twice tried to give me only "soda water" for a vodka soda - and it's on their drinks meny. We were there for 7 nights and on 4 nights we were woken up by loud partiers on the streets, between 3.30am - 6.30am. Given the location it's kind of expected, but even on floor 14 you can hear them.

After a long flight from LAX. The bed was comfortable in the room had blackout shades. And a busy city like Osaka was also very quiet in the room. I would stay here again.
