This hotel and there whole staff were AMAZING from the bellmen, front desk and especially the manager, she helped me deal with a situation right away. I have never seen let alone stayed in a hotel that had a PIRATE SHIP on top of the hotel at their pool. This hotel is also VERY kid friendly where they even have a climbing wall for the kids. Not only is all those things to do inside, outside they have a koi fish pond where you are able to feed them during certain hours.

Arrived at 3:30pm and all 3 rooms booked under 1 account were not ready until past 4pm All 3 rooms were on different floors I had family booked 3 more rooms after me and they arrived earlier than check in time which received all 3 rooms before 3pm and on the same floor Unacceptable to not have rooms ready by 3pm and the last final room was very bad sweat muggy smell odor to the room which we had to request for a room change. Definitely unacceptable to present a room in that condition in the first place, who ever did the final inspection should be fired At least the staff in reception were helpful in moving room, which is their job to begin with but we did not need to go through all the inconvenience in the first place. Do not recommend or would ever stay again at a hotel that can’t have rooms ready by 3pm and they kept messaging us on expedia about our arrival time etc
