Loved the Intercontinental Landmark72. The best Club Lounge, Breakfast and Staff of any hotel in Vietnam. The best check in and welcome experience of any hotel that I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended and we’d definitely stay again!

Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated.

Room size was ample. Bathroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with abundant choices and egg station and myriad fruit juices and fruit choices. If we go to Hanoi again for a vacation, we may choose to stay in another location; nonetheless, easy to use ride share and taxis to and from hotel. Hotel appears a little dated but well maintained.
