Manager Hu, a graceful and attentive leader, ensured every detail of our experience was handled with empathy and precision.
Even the staff at the entrance played a meaningful role—helping us with our bags, offering gentle guidance, and greeting us with sincerity that lingered long after check-in. Their small acts of service felt like rituals of welcome.
Dining was another highlight. The second-floor restaurant team was incredibly friendly and patient, especially as we navigated language differences. They embraced our vegetarian preferences with care, always trying their best to accommodate us. And then came the late-night noodles—a quiet joy after a long day. Don’t miss them!
