Genial
The hotel is well located. However the checkout time of 11.o0 far too early. The TV is located diagonally to the seaties and to the bed as well. You need to stand in front of the table to watch directly. Having said that the staff is very helpful and customer focussed.

Venice manager was very courteous and Helpful. Maneet the Conceirge manager was also very helpful. My experience at this property was very good. The breakfast was good too. Manju was very nice and helpful too.

Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country. Over all, we had a good experience as a family.

The sparkle and glitz that once was has been reduced to staff who don’t seem to care. Have no interest in whether you enjoy your stay or not. No interest in creating an experience or going the extra mile. Very standard. Dusty edges and ledges. Lacks finesse. If you want feel 5 star - stay somewhere else. Rain shower was lovely.
