Estic molt satisfet amb el servei rebut. Al principi, la Sally va ser molt pacient responent preguntes i planificant l'itinerari. Estic molt content amb tots els allotjaments que es van organitzar; les fotos mostren cases rurals que eren netes, ordenades i molt còmodes. També estic molt satisfet amb l'amfitriona, l'Eleven, i el conductor, el mestre Meng. L'Eleven ens va informar sobre els canvis meteorològics durant tot el viatge i, quan l'hotel de la primera nit estava ple, ens va avisar ràpidament i ens va oferir dues opcions alternatives perquè poguéssim triar la que més ens agradés i la reservés. Quan va començar el viatge, Klook també ens va preparar un regal molt bonic. El mestre Meng, el conductor, va ser molt amable i el seu servei va ser atent i meticulós, molt responsable. La conducció va ser suau i segura, i fins i tot ens va preparar aperitius. També ens va explicar els llocs d'interès, les especialitats gastronòmiques locals i els costums de la gent durant tot el trajecte, fent que tot el viatge fos molt tranquil i còmode. Una sorpresa molt agradable va ser que el conductor, sabent que faríem fotos de casament, ens va preparar objectes amb el caràcter xinès de la felicitat. Un dels dies del viatge era el nostre aniversari, i l'amfitriona i el conductor ens van preparar un sopar d'aniversari i un pastís, cosa que va ser molt considerada. Recomano molt aquest itinerari personalitzat i també a ells.

The itinerary arranged for this trip was truly classic, ensuring ample time to fully experience all the highlights rather than just rushing through, while also avoiding backtracking. It proved that departing in mid-May, with good weather, the stunning glacier lakes and grasslands along the way make the trip absolutely worthwhile. Special thanks for the entire journey go to our driver and tour leader, Li Jiandong. Despite his youth, he meticulously cared for every aspect of the trip and every group member. His driving was exceptionally steady, and his self-prepared pour-over coffee added a delightful surprise to our travels. Thanks also to our concierge, Tingting, who proactively sent daily highlights of attractions, along with weather and clothing recommendations, and hotel information for the day – her attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this to anyone who dislikes planning but still demands a high-quality travel experience.

Our trip to Northern Xinjiang was truly wonderful and relaxing! I have to give a big shout-out to Master Ma Xiaole and our travel butler, Xiao Fu; both of them were incredibly reliable and thoughtful! Master Xiaole took such meticulous care of us throughout the journey. He always proactively helped us with our luggage when getting in and out of the car, no matter how much we had. He's such a great person. At every hotel, he would specifically help us check the room's facilities to ensure everything was in order before letting us settle in. His attention to detail was incredible, making us feel completely safe and secure! Xiaole also has a fantastic personality—he's cheerful and enthusiastic. We had so much fun chatting and laughing along the way; there was never an awkward or dull moment. He was also incredibly kind and helped us take many beautiful photos. At each location, he recommended many delicious local eateries and fun places that even locals frequent! I also have to commend our travel butler, Xiao Fu; she was truly meticulous and warm-hearted! She constantly sent us various practical travel tips throughout the trip, always checking in on us. She would even remind us in advance about local temperature changes so we could adjust our clothing accordingly, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we encountered issues with our accommodation during the trip, Xiao Fu responded very quickly. She immediately helped us contact the local accommodation, patiently communicated and understood the situation, and handled everything promptly and securely. She was always thinking of us! We were so lucky to have met Master Xiaole and the thoughtful butler Xiao Fu on this trip. We felt so relaxed and happy! For our next grassland adventure, I'll definitely be looking to travel with them again in Northern Xinjiang!

I highly recommend this private tour, in 9 days we were able to appreciate the beauty of Xinjiang. I am still processing how unreal the places are. Truly grateful also to the most accomodating and patient driver, Mr.Lee, despite the language barrier we felt very taken care of by him.

Our six-day trip to Southern Xinjiang concluded perfectly. The beautiful and majestic scenery of the Pamir Plateau speaks for itself. We were incredibly lucky to meet our treasure of a driver, Brother Yang, also known as Brother Eggplant. His driving skills were excellent and steady, and he planned our route efficiently, saving us time. He navigated the Panlong Ancient Road and Tasha Ancient Road smoothly and safely, making us feel completely secure. He was humble and patient, never rushing us, and was very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture. We had wonderful conversations together. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for him again, haha!

Our driver, Yang Wei, was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly and super good!!! He helped us carry all sorts of luggage, drove very steadily without any discomfort along the way, took us to clean restrooms, and on top of the itinerary, he told us where the scenery was less crowded and more beautiful. He took very nice photos for us and, knowing we were from Guangdong, quietly adjusted the playlist to be more youthful and Cantonese. On the last day, he even remembered our coffee preferences and bought us coffee (touched TUT) and drinks! He took care of us along the way in a subtle and thoughtful manner. We are truly very, very grateful! The overall itinerary was well-arranged, and all the items mentioned in the order were fulfilled. There was a mistake with the accommodation one night by the local travel agency, but they provided compensation. We hope that future communication can be more careful.

The itinerary included punctual pick-up and departure. The local guide was very clear about the optional activities and the route. We had ample time at Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, and the scenery was beautiful. After the tour, we returned to the city on time. This is quite convenient for those looking to join a day trip.

At first, I was hesitant because there was only one review. However, the service I received exceeded all my expectations. Deng Deng provided truly outstanding service—fast responses, excellent communication, detailed information, and a strong sense of responsibility. My tour package was upgraded, the hotel accommodations were all excellent, the van was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and experienced. As a Muslim traveler, my meal allowance was refunded, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly an affordable tour package that delivered an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
