This ticket was actually quite good, but because a show was unexpectedly rescheduled, we weren't able to see it. We wrote to customer service, and they responded very late. I was a bit upset at first, but then customer service replied five to seven days later saying they would issue a refund. While I'm not satisfied with the speed and response from customer service, I still recommend this experience.

An attraction you must try! The 360 view of Las Vegas is so worth it to see. You get enough time to appreciate the city's beauty. You just need to be quick and careful getting in and out. the staff are helpful, and courteous.

Had lots of fun doing the challenges game as an Omega Mart employee, recommended 100% as an experience in Las Vegas, probably will try some of the other activities in AREA15 next time.

L'Strat és una visita obligada a Las Vegas. La vista des de la plataforma de l'Observatori és impressionant. El menjar i la beguda són bons. No us perdeu aquesta oportunitat, no us en penedireu.

Purchasing tickets was easy. Upon arrival at the attraction, there was no need to exchange vouchers; I could enter directly with the QR code. It was quick, simple, and convenient, highly recommended. Although the aquarium is small, it's still a great place for a relaxing visit.

Em vaig trobar amb un guia turístic que parlava xinès i anglès. Com que els altres 11 membres del grup parlaven anglès, li vaig demanar que fes la presentació directament en anglès. L'anglès que parlava no era gaire difícil, amb un nivell mitjà es podia entendre, però en alguns moments el guia també em confirmava coses en xinès. Els llocs d'interès, l'itinerari i els antecedents històrics al llarg del camí es van explicar molt clarament. Com que el meu vol sortia aquella mateixa nit, recomanaria aquesta excursió de mig dia a aquells que tinguin altres activitats a Las Vegas aquella nit.

Since it was a day tour, they handled everything from hotel pickup the evening before, and even provided water and simple snacks like candy, which made the tour very comfortable. There were Korean staff members, as well as guides who spoke English and Japanese, so it would be great for people from various countries to book this tour! Highly recommend!👍🏻
