It was a great experience! Our guide Wan was very polite, helpful & patient, and he had a great sense of humour. We enjoyed the tour a lot! He explained the next steps in detail before dropping us at the cable car station to go to Genting island, and he always picked us up promptly on time at every place we stopped. We enjoyed this tour a lot!!!

1. Itinerary Description: Our private car will pick us up from our Singapore hotel, take us through Singapore immigration, then through Malaysian immigration (approximately one hour). Upon arrival in Malaysia, we'll meet our tour guide and head to the transfer station to switch to a coach, then to a minivan (approximately four hours). After meeting our Malaysian driver, we'll complete our one-day tour in Malaysia. The return journey to Singapore will follow the same route as the outbound trip. 2. Tour Guide Our tour guide for this trip was Shan. He was very dedicated in explaining the history of each attraction and also helped group members take photos, thoughtfully recommending suitable photo spots. We were very fortunate to have Shan as our guide!

El vespre abans vaig rebre un correu electrònic sobre el trasllat, i vaig contactar amb Klook des del meu costat. Va ser molt fàcil participar en el tour amb el trasllat a l'hotel inclòs. Vam poder visitar els llocs principals de KL, així que va ser molt rendible. També van ser proactius a l'hora de fer fotos. Jo no entenc gaire l'anglès, però si entens l'hora de trobada, no hi ha cap problema.

Aquest servei és molt recomanable, especialment per a viatgers de negocis que visiten Malàisia. No obstant això, és aconsellable evitar reservar els divendres a causa de l'augment del trànsit de vianants i la possible congestió. El senyor Rahman va oferir un servei excepcional, demostrant professionalitat i comprensió quan vam patir un lleuger retard.
