Safety: The coach was very professional. The pre-trip instruction was very thorough, ensuring everyone learned how to use fins and goggles. They also checked everyone's life vests and made sure their masks fit properly, which made us feel very secure and reliable! My English isn't great, but the coach knew a little Chinese and used a lot of body language, so I could understand clearly. Guide: During snorkeling, the guide constantly monitored our condition. Once, I got too nervous and surfaced, and my mask leaked a bit. The coach immediately helped me, which made me feel incredibly safe. Itinerary: After the first dive spot, some people on the boat got seasick, I was exhausted, and my child felt cold and couldn't go to the next spot. The coach immediately arranged for us to go to the island first, while the others went to the second dive spot. This was very thoughtful and adaptable. The small island was lovely, and we took many photos there. Boat Condition: The only minor drawback was that the speedboat was a bit small. Other than that, it was a great experience. Although the cost was a bit higher than other tours, there were no optional self-paid activities, and 3-4 people were assigned one coach. The professionalism and attentiveness made us feel very reassured. The half-day snorkeling arrangement was just right; no need to pack a full day with activities. I highly recommend this tour!

Vaig tenir una de les nits més espectaculars... la simfonia del mar és una visita obligada per als visitants de Phu Quoc, us deixarà bocabadats. El nostre guia turístic (Hieu) va ser increïble, molt considerat i atent a les nostres necessitats... un gran tour en general.

Experiència molt fluida i sense complicacions des de la reserva fins al lliurament. La comunicació va ser clara i el conductor va arribar exactament a l'hora. Vam visitar Sunset Town, la zona de Hon Thom, cafeteries locals i platges còmodament en les 10 hores. Sens dubte, tornaria a reservar.

Vaig anar-hi sol i em van recollir i deixar, em van donar aigua i els guies van ser molt amables, cosa que va ser genial! A més, jo volia nedar, així que no vaig fer el sea walk ni l'scuba diving al primer lloc, però van agrupar la gent que no feia les activitats i els van portar a un altre lloc per fer snorkel durant aquell temps, cosa que va ser fantàstic! El menjar també era deliciós 👍 L'excursió va acabar cap a les 5:30 de la tarda, una hora abans de la posta de sol, així que és perfecte per tornar a l'allotjament, dutxar-se i sortir a veure la posta de sol 🌅

Excellent choice for my birthday. I loved the speedboat tour around the islands and the massage at the spa. Our guide, Tony, was incredibly attentive to me. I don't speak English well, and he went over all the information separately for me. Plus, there was a free drone video!

Great experience and fun. Wished we could caught more fish. Guided was very attentive and communicative.
