Highly recommended! We just have to praise our tour guide, Poppy! Fluent in Chinese, Thai, and English, making communication throughout the trip completely seamless! She picked us up from the hotel right on time, and the itinerary was very comfortably arranged. She adjusted the order based on actual conditions, keeping a relaxed pace. Poppy is exceptionally attentive; she paid attention to our moods, took good care of everyone, and even volunteered to take pictures for us. She has a great eye for angles and provides amazing emotional support! The itinerary was a fantastic experience: the bamboo rafting was relaxing and therapeutic (though a bit sunny, so we recommend bringing a parasol or hat). At the New Elephant Home, we fed and bathed the elephants. Poppy carefully explained the process and shared elephant-related knowledge, introducing us to every single elephant and ensuring everyone could get close to them. (The elephants are so adorable, we love them so much and will definitely come back next time!) Finally, we went to the Bua Tong Sticky Waterfalls to play in the water and had a blast climbing it twice! Poppy took photos of us the whole time and directed our poses, hahaha. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Her service attitude was top-notch, and the overall experience was 10/10. If you come to Chiang Mai, choosing Poppy is a decision you won't regret!

Ens ho vam passar d'allò més bé! Recomanaria molt aquest viatge. El senyor K va ser el nostre conductor i guia durant l'excursió. És un dels punts forts del dia. Ens va guiar fins a l'origen de la cascada enganxosa. Després, vam dinar i ens vam dirigir a fer tirolina i enquad quad. Aquesta va ser la millor activitat que vaig fer a Chiang Mai. Vam fer un viatge fantàstic a Dantewada i a la cascada Sticky. Koh, el nostre guia turístic, va ser increïble. Va ser professional, amable i molt considerat. Va ajudar a tothom a fer-se una bona foto. Va ser una gran experiència. Ho recomano a qualsevol que vingui a Chiang Mai.

This was such a delightful experience. Other tours, including pickup, felt a bit expensive at around 60,000 won, so I chose this one because the price seemed reasonable without pickup. It turned out to be an excellent choice! Each team was assigned a guide who was very kind and explained everything well (it seemed like you could choose between English or Chinese). They said there are 15 elephants living there, and they were all incredibly cute and gentle. At the elephant cafes in the suburbs, the food baskets were small and expensive, but here, I got to feed them plenty and interact with the elephants a lot. I think it will be a lifelong memory! The meal was Chinese, but I thoroughly enjoyed the scrambled eggs, stir-fried meat, and noodles. I definitely plan to revisit this place next time!

Vam anar d'excursió amb el guia James. Té molts coneixements, un anglès excel·lent i ens va ensenyar moltes coses sobre el budisme, l'agricultura de Tailàndia, els animals, i tenia una resposta per a tot el que li vam preguntar. Sincerament, recomanem fer aquesta excursió, especialment amb en James!

Great experience with the elephants! Feeding them and making vitamin balls for them is a brand new experience for our family and we really enjoyed it! We didn't join for the bathing, because of our little one, but it looks fun! We will definitely visit again!

El guia Alex va ser molt agradable, i la jove becària que ens acompanyava també era molt maca. Tot i que el seu anglès no era gaire bo, era molt entusiasta i va ser com una mascota acompanyant durant tot el viatge. L'experiència va ser molt bona i l'itinerari estava molt ben organitzat!

Overall a good experience. The itinerary and transfers were good and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed the trip.
