Vaig viatjar sol en una excursió d'un dia a Glenfinnan, Glencoe i les Terres Altes d'Escòcia. Va ser una experiència molt agradable: unir-me a una visita guiada en grup va proporcionar un viatge còmode, un conductor professional i introduccions informatives sobre la història de cada parada. Realment vaig apreciar l'experiència, i s'ha convertit en una part inoblidable del meu viatge en solitari. Recomanaria molt aquesta excursió a qualsevol persona que viatgi sola.

Des del canal fins al castell hi ha parades intermèdies, i el còmode vaixell turístic, amb una commovedora explicació del guia, permet gaudir de la magnificència del llac Ness, sent una activitat turística molt relaxant. Seria encara millor si aquesta activitat inclogués temps per visitar el castell.

Vaig fer un tour amb en Rhys i va ser increïble! Va explicar tantes històries al grup i estava super entusiasmat per conèixer a tothom. La mida del grup era bona i l'itinerari del tour va ser fantàstic. Va valer molt la pena!

I had a fantastic experience on the Jacobite Steam Train and Scottish Highlands tour. The highlight of the journey was our amazing guide, Sophie, whose knowledge of the area brought the history and beauty of the Highlands to life. She included a few surprise stops that were absolutely breathtaking and added so much value to the trip. Sophie was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the day – a true asset to the tour. One suggestion I’d like to make is for West Coast Railways: during summer, the carriages can get uncomfortably hot due to a lack of air conditioning and proper ventilation. Installing air conditioning would significantly improve passenger comfort, especially during warm weather. Overall, I highly recommend this tour – and especially if you get Sophie as your guide!

M'agradaria que la ruta per arribar al iot s'hagués comunicat amb més claredat. Vam arribar just a temps. L'experiència, però, va ser fabulosa. Només desitjo que haguéssim estat de millor humor per gaudir-ne; estàvem cansats de córrer per agafar el viatge a temps.

Els llocs eren màgics! És com si estiguessis en un conte de fades! L'àpat també va ser molt bo. L'únic que no em va agradar del tot va ser el guia; és divertit, però la major part del temps no el podia entendre perquè parla molt ràpid i de vegades només sentia balbucejos. Hauria estat molt bé entendre més coses sobre el lloc. Tot i així, tot bé.
