We had an amazing experience with Mai as our tour guide! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire tour. She always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The tour itself was beautiful! We loved exploring Cat Cat Village and wearing the traditional costumes, it was such a fun and memorable experience. The weather was brilliant, and we also enjoyed the beautiful views at Moana Café. Overall, our experience was amazing from start to finish. Mai made the tour even more enjoyable with her warm personality and excellent guidance. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a wonderful experience on our Sapa trekking tour with Sumy. She was an incredibly kind, patient, and passionate guide who made the whole experience feel personal and special. The short trek was beautiful and gave us a great chance to enjoy Sapa’s stunning scenery, local villages, and peaceful atmosphere without feeling rushed. Sumy shared interesting stories and information along the way and was always attentive to our comfort and pace. The herbal foot spa after the trek was the perfect way to relax and made the experience even more memorable. It felt so refreshing after walking through the mountains! What stood out most was Sumy’s genuine warmth and enthusiasm. You can really tell that she loves sharing her culture and hometown with visitors. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Sumy to anyone visiting Sapa and looking for a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable local guide.

Un agraïment especial al nostre guia turístic, Tuna, que sempre va ser atent, amable i informatiu durant tot el viatge. Vam apreciar molt com va cuidar de tothom i va fer que el recorregut fos encara més agradable. El creuer en si va ser de primera categoria. La badia de Lan Ha era absolutament impressionant, i ens va encantar que hi hagués menys turistes i un ambient més tranquil. Les dues piscines van ser un avantatge, i el bufet era increïblement deliciós, amb molta varietat per triar. També vam gaudir de la festa de la posta de sol amb canapès, que va ser un detall encantador. Hi havia moltes coses incloses en el recorregut: passeig en bicicleta o un spa de peixos al poble, caiac, natació i molt de temps per gaudir de les belles vistes. Tot estava ben organitzat i realment va valer la pena el viatge i els diners. En general, vam tenir una experiència increïble. Si visiteu la badia de Lan Ha, us recomanem Serenity Grand Cruise!

Tot va ser perfecte, i vam poder entendre i aprendre més sobre la ciutat. El guia turístic ho va explicar tot molt bé, mostrant els aspectes més importants de la ciutat. Estic molt agraït per l'experiència completa i el sopar posterior, així com per l'atenció i la cura proporcionades.

We had an amazing private tour with Quyen! He’s very friendly, kind, patient, and speaks English well. He helped us choose our activities, answered all our questions, and gave us great local recommendations. He even took us to try local street barbecue, which was honestly better than some restaurants! 😂 We visited Fansipan and highly recommend it! The cable car ride lasted around 15 minutes. At the top, there are amazing temples, but definitely bring very warm clothes because it was foggy, windy, and VERY cold! 🥶 We also visited the Glass Bridge, which was incredible. The elevator ride was almost 5 minutes! We went in the morning when there were few people, but the entrance was already crowded when we left, so going early is a good idea. We also went to Quy Ho and tried the zipline, which was really fun! We loved that this private tour is flexible—you decide what to visit and how long to stay. We only visited three spots because we were having so much fun! 😂 Highly recommend Quyen!

És una experiència divertida i memorable. La nostra guia turística, la Pam, és molt complaent i accessible. Un tour amb aprenentatge addicional sobre com cusen i tenyeixen la roba va ser una gran experiència! Tenir l'oportunitat d'experimentar la cultura vietnamita i la vestimenta tradicional va ser la millor part del tour. A més, el passeig amb l'arc de Sant Martí i el trekking per a mi van ser divertits. Si teniu l'oportunitat de demanar un guia turístic, considereu la Pam, és amable i super amigable!
