The staffs were friendly and assisted us in wearing the hanbok and advising the right sizing! Lockers were available to store your belongings too. Overall it was a lovely experience with just 5 mins walk to changdeokgung palace. Highly recommend to book your hanboks here!

I booked a premium hanbok rental through Klook for me and my husband. Then I booked the makeup and photography through Instagram. Reservation was very easy and they were responsive on Instagram. We came in at a busy time so it was very chaotic at first but the staff were able to help me with the Hanbok fitting, hair, and makeup. The Chandeokgung palace is just a block away and that was where we met up with the photographer and had the photos taken. We only wore the costume for 2-ish hours due to the heat outside. It was a great experience and the photos turned out really great! Another plus is they have 2 really adorable and calm shop cats 🐱. I recommend this shop for Hanbok rentals.

Avui hem visitat el Palau Changdeok amb la nostra guia Young, i ha estat una experiència meravellosa. Ho ha explicat tot amb claredat i amb una passió genuïna, fent que la història prengués vida sense resultar aclaparadora. El recorregut va tenir un ritme perfecte i va ser molt interessant tant per a mi com per a la meva filla. Gràcies a la Young, aquest bonic palau va adquirir un veritable significat. Totalment recomanable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Experiència meravellosa Vaig tenir una gran experiència i la recomano molt. Malauradament, vaig arribar tard després de perdre una parada de metro i desorientar-me, però l'equip va ser molt comprensiu. El fotògraf va ser professional, amable i em va ajudar a sentir-me còmoda conversant amb mi durant el nostre passeig cap als llocs de les fotos. Com que viatjava sola, em sentia tímida i acabava d'aterrar aquell matí amb poques hores de son, vaig agrair molt la seva amabilitat. Em va guiar amb les poses durant tota la sessió, em preguntava regularment si estava contenta amb les fotos i fins i tot em va animar a dir-li si hi havia alguna cosa que no m'agradava. També vaig agrair el temps extra que va dedicar a fer fotos addicionals. La membre del personal que em va ajudar a triar el meu hanbok i a pentinar-me va ser meravellosa i molt amable. \Hi havia tantes fotos boniques per triar, i tota l'experiència va superar les meves expectatives. Va ser un dels moments més destacats del meu viatge en solitari, i tornaria a reservar amb gust quan torni amb la família o els amics. 😊

Vaig visitar el Palau Gyeongbokgung amb el meu cosí, i per a l'entrada gratuïta vam utilitzar el val per al lloguer de Hanbok. No ens en penedim, el personal va ser molt amable i ens va ajudar amb la prova. Vaig triar un pentinat bonic i senzill que era gratuït (també n'hi havia d'altres amb un cost addicional). I vaig aconseguir una bosseta ben bonica (normalment amb un petit suplement, però per fer una ressenya me la van regalar). I tot i que feia calor a fora, no va afectar gens la nostra experiència ✨✨✨

Vam tenir un dia fantàstic amb la Jenny com a guia turística. Feia molta calor i el ritme del tour era molt alt! La Jenny sempre comprovava si tothom estava bé amb la calor. Gràcies al ritme ràpid del tour, vam poder veure moltes coses en un sol dia. Sens dubte, molt recomanable!

If we could give them 10 stars we would! Follow the signs for the artist hanbok on the 3rd floor. I was worried about finding a Hanbok in my size as I am 5'10" (178 cm) but they clearly had the largest store in town and I found one that fit perfectly. They were high quality and steamed. They point you to your size section and you select the top and bottom you like. We did the hair and makeup with 3 hairstyles to choose from, and loved the results! My makeup artist did the mannequin under eye makeup which I felt aged my western features but she fixed it for me. There's lockers and you can keep your clothes on or take them off under the hanbok, very grateful I didn't wear mine it was hot. Our photographer 奈良 was incredible, efficient, professional, and spoke mandarin with my friend who translated for me but even without that I understood his gestures and posing instructions easily. Our photos are wonderful, we're so happy he captured our friendship and individual poses so beautifully.
