El Spalex de Dongdaemun és fantàstic! És barat, net, espaiós i còmode. La ubicació també és molt fàcil de trobar. Just davant, creuant el carrer, hi ha el Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Si baixeu amb l'ascensor fins al tercer soterrani de l'edifici, el trobareu de seguida. No hi ha xampú, condicionador, gel de dutxa ni tovalloles per rentar, així que és millor portar-los. Si us els oblideu, els venen a l'entrada, cosa que és convenient. Per a les dones, el bany de vapor d'artemisa és molt recomanable! Costa 2000 iens. És increïblement relaxant i sues molt. Després, el massatge amb exfoliació és el millor! Al quart soterrani també hi ha una zona de restauració, una sala de suor (jjimjilbang) i una zona de descans, on podeu relaxar-vos. Recomano anar-hi al matí, ja que hi ha menys gent.

You can use the self-service ticket machine (with Chinese language option) next to the lobby on the 9th floor to exchange tickets. The bathhouse only provides bar soap, and the hairdryer costs 200 Korean Won for 180 seconds of use. On the 8th floor, there's a food court (with self-order kiosks) and a public lounge area. The overall environment is very clean, and it wasn't crowded or noisy on the day I visited; it was very quiet.

I booked their Travel Fatigue Recovery program for my partner & cupping therapy for myself. Due to a booking misunderstanding, we ended up changing it so we could both experience the same treatment & I’m glad we did! The staff were so accommodating and polite, even though we arrived about 17 minutes late on a Friday evening due to traffic & Uber issues. I just wish the directions here on Klook mentioned that it was on the 4th floor. For my first experience with cupping therapy, we first had a consultation where they explained the process, benefits, and that it would leave temporary marks. Their English was great! The infrared heat therapy & relaxation bed felt great, and they checked on our comfort throughout. It wasn’t painful at all; the release of the cups was the best part! They finished with 2 herbal patches on our backs. They gave us a thoughtful gift when we left and recommended returning before our flight home. Overall, such a positive first experience; I’d recommend them!

El millor últim dia passat a Seül, mimant-me abans de tornar a la vida quotidiana. La terapeuta em va pastar totes les parts del cos al màxim i els nusos de l'esquena com si l'haguessin ofès personalment 😂 Em vaig sentir 10 vegades més lleuger després del tractament.

This time, I experienced a head spa 💆‍♀️✨ It wasn't just incredibly relaxing; the treatment was thoughtfully designed for scalp and hair care, offering both "healing" and "hair care." During the treatment, it was so comfortable that I almost drifted off to sleep… 😴 Afterward, my head felt so refreshed! My hair was silky smooth, and even the texture felt different. ✨ Since trips to Korea often involve packed schedules with beauty clinics and shopping, I highly recommend incorporating some "rest time" like this. ♡ Its location in the Myeongdong area is also a plus, making it easy to fit into your travel itinerary. This is a spa I'd recommend to anyone looking for a head spa in Korea, especially adult women who want to soothe their travel fatigue while also caring for their hair and scalp. 🇰🇷🤍 Now I have one more place I want to visit when I go to Myeongdong again! ♡

Un servei excel·lent, màxima comoditat. Després d'un dia caminant, un massatge perfecte per recuperar energies, amb la intensitat justa i sorprenent. El bany de peus es fa estirat i també inclou massatge d'esquena. El servei convida a repetir. La Kim, que ens va rebre, té una actitud de servei de primera, super educada, moltes sorpreses, molt contenta.

The massage was truly enjoyable, with good pressure (which you can choose). The therapist was welcoming and smiling. The salon doesn't have any particular charm, but you are made very comfortable there. They provide an outfit for the session, and oil is used only on the legs (with the full-body option).

We visited the salon yesterday and I must say my husband and I were very satisfied with their service. The therapists did a great job and they were really friendly as well. Highly recommended!

I am so glad that I booked this experience. It was extremely relaxing. The staff was amazing and the lady who did my massage and facial was absolutely amazing.
