The spa is quite luxurious with a hot tub with jacuzzi that you can use either before or after the treatment. Then, there is a large room where you can sit down and relax after the treatment and drink some tea, watch some TV etc. Very clean and service is very attentive.

This is the third time this month my family and I have used the facilities and received massages. The reception staff are polite and friendly. Some of the Thai masseuses are excellent, but others need further training. Overall, the experience was good, and I hope a particular Thai masseuse can receive additional training.

Un servei excel·lent i un ambient molt net. Aquest spa de l'hotel té un preu raonable, la qual cosa és una agradable sorpresa. Vaig apreciar molt la dutxa privada a l'habitació. Un agraïment especial al personal per ser tan complaent; van permetre que la meva filla petita es quedés al llit al meu costat durant el massatge perquè poguéssim estar juntes. Va ser una experiència meravellosa per a totes dues!

A perfect end to our trip. Altira Spa is one of the best places to relax in Macau. The environment is excellent — quiet, dimly lit and very private. We had a couple’s treatment room with massage beds, a large jacuzzi and steam facilities. The whole space felt calm and well arranged, so it was easy to switch off. The therapists were professional and skilful. The treatment was comfortable and well paced, with no rush. Everything from check-in to the room setup was smoothly arranged. Must-try if you are staying at Altira, especially after a fireworks night. Highly recommended for couples who want a quiet, high-quality spa experience.
