The staff were kind although there may be a language barrier. I also think I received a room upgrade instead of my normal room. The room is clean, toilet is clean, they offer water bottles, tea, shampoo and body wash and even slippers too but not toothpaste and toothbrush. We used Uber from HSR Station going here and paid 500+ ntd to get here

The hot springs were quite comfortable; this was my second visit. The service was thoughtful, even offering phone charging! However, I hope that in the future, shower caps for the hot springs can be provided for free, as they are quite expensive (one cap costs $20😅). The breakfast was also very plentiful!

Neteja: Neteja.
