Our ski instructor today was SHI! The instruction was very detailed, and they precisely identified areas for improvement, allowing for quick corrections! From the simplest wedge turns to S-turns, the teaching was very smooth! If I have another chance to refine my technique, I would definitely want to request this instructor! You won't regret it!

The local travel agency can communicate in Chinese and English via WhatsApp and WeChat. If Klook is out of tickets, you can also inquire with them. The local reception service is good, but they primarily communicate in Japanese with a little English.

Such a fun trip to Teine! It was a new experience for most of us, and our coach explained everything really well, especially for beginners. The lesson was super helpful, definitely enough to get started and makes me want to try snowboarding again next winter.

En aquest viatge, tenim una guia meravellosa, la Liza! No només és molt clara amb les seves instruccions per a tothom del nostre grup, sinó que també té una veu agradable. El temps assignat per a totes les parades és suficient i tot el viatge és agradable, amb paisatges preciosos que vam poder capturar en fotos. La Liza sempre està disposada i preparada per ajudar-nos a fer bones fotos. També ens va recomanar un bon restaurant per dinar que servia àpats ràpidament i amb una bona relació qualitat-preu! La Liza parla japonès, xinès i anglès, i estem molt contents de tenir-la com a guia, ja que sens dubte fa que el nostre viatge sigui més agradable i plaent. Esperem trobar-nos amb la Liza de nou en un futur pròxim, si tornem a Hokkaido! Recomanem molt aquest viatge! Gràcies, Liza🩷
