We stayed for two consecutive days, and it was about a 10-minute walk to Coco Park. The rice noodle rolls for breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly. Although we booked a package that included an equestrian experience, unfortunately, the equestrian venue was unavailable due to a competition, and we weren't notified in advance. Otherwise, we wouldn't have booked this package. The activity voucher is valid for one year. Luckily, there was an excellent yoga class, which was a bonus.

The transportation is excellent, with shopping malls, stores, and restaurants nearby. Although the hotel isn't newly built, it's still quite clean and tidy overall. The staff are polite, and the room is also good. My only complaint is that there's no designated space in the room for luggage, so I had to put my suitcase on the floor to rummage through it, which was inconvenient. The variety of food at the dinner buffet wasn't extensive, but it was acceptable. The breakfast buffet was relatively better. There's a high chance I'll stay here again.

The room was spacious, and the overall environment was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff were friendly. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning turned on and off intermittently at night. However, if I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

When checking in, I provided the Klook booking code and all my identification documents, but the front desk staff took a long time to find no record of my reservation. Upon entering the room, the window was open, making it very hot. There was an AI voice assistant, "Xiao Du," to control the room's electric devices, but it couldn't close the window. I had to go back to the front desk to ask someone to close it manually. To access the internet, I needed to log in using the Pinyin (Mandarin phonetic spelling) of my surname, rather than the exact spelling on my ID, which was quite confusing. The breakfast area was filled with cigarette smoke, and the hygiene needs improvement. There's a massage parlor downstairs, but reservations are required in advance.

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and check-in was very efficient. We purchased a package that included one adult and one child ticket to Utopia Park, and the staff kindly provided an additional set of one adult and one child ticket. Furthermore, we were able to check out at 2 PM, which gave us ample time to swim and relax on our second morning. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom also had a large, very clean bathtub. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was satisfactory. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pool facilities were excellent, and the indoor and outdoor parks were also very large, suitable for children aged 3 to 10. We will definitely stay here again.
