Tours de Sensoji Temple

We took the tour with Ricky, it was great, very informative and fun, it's really good to be able to explore the area paying attention to the details, plus he gave us many recommendations for food and activities.

Vaig tenir el plaer de participar en un recorregut a peu per Asakusa amb la Yayoi, i va ser una experiència meravellosa. És increïblement entesa i va explicar-ho tot clarament en un anglès excel·lent, fent que la història i la cultura fossin fàcils d'entendre. També vaig apreciar com de amable i atenta va ser amb una altra família del recorregut, especialment amb els seus fills, assegurant-se que tothom se sentís inclòs i còmode. Fins i tot em va portar a la part superior del Centre d'Informació Turística de Cultura d'Asakusa, que ofereix un punt de vista increïble que d'altra manera m'hauria perdut. En Nick va fer una gran feina. Ens vam equivocar amb el nostre horari, però ell ho va gestionar com un campió. Va mostrar flexibilitat i esforç, cosa que va fer que ens ho passéssim molt bé. En Nick tenia molts coneixements i podia respondre fins i tot preguntes rebuscades. Des de la nostra perspectiva, el preu era massa baix, pugin-li el sou a aquest home!

We had Haruhiko “Sunny” Tamura as our guide, and he was wonderful! This tour was the perfect mix of cultural learning, sightseeing, shopping, and eating. Sunny did a great job explaining the meaning and stories behind the places we visited. He even brought illustrations to explain customs like how to properly clean our hands and bow, which made learning about Japanese traditions fun and memorable. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and down to earth. His English was excellent, and we had no problem understanding him or asking questions. He gave us great shopping tips, helped us pick out a few shops he thought we would enjoy, and gave us excellent recommendations for lunch. It felt more like exploring with a knowledgeable local than following a typical tour. We learned a lot and had a great time. I would absolutely recommend Sunny and would definitely book with him again!

A super beautiful experience!! What I especially liked was that we were a small group, and it felt like we were already friends, which made it super cozy and more personal!!

Masa was such a wonderful guide! my husband and I did this tour on the day we landed in Tokyo. Not too long, and Masa picked areas that were aligned with our personal interests! Had a very fun experience and got some cool souvenirs!

This was a nice tour the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about Japan. the Imperial Palace is locked up so you only get to see it from the gate but still interesting, the Tokyo Tower was fun, we plan to go back to that when we have more time to do more. The highlight was the Sensō-ji Temple, it’s absolutely stunning, very crowded but worth it just have patience this place is special. The surrounding town is a lot of fun to explore and shop after the tour. For a quick look at the city this is a great tour.
