Tours de Takachiho Gorge

We have a great time. If you go in September just have in consideration that is hot and humid. We wish we had a more time in the second stop. It felt a bit of rush, and it was such a nice spot we wish could enjoy a bit more. The Takachiho Gorge was excellent, we recommend to book with the boat ride because it was sold out. The boat was fun and fresh in the middle of a hot day. Thanks to Daisy for the explanation of every place and recommendation

it’s a very good experience and easy to get into the place with lots of fun knowledge. the tour guide arranged the timing well and didn’t waste any of the time waiting anything. so I will highly recommend to join the tour if you don’t want to drive yourself from other places.

Trobo que participar en aquesta excursió d'un dia ha estat fantàstic. Deixant de banda el descompte de comprar-ne un i portar-te un de regal que és molt avantatjós, al final també et donen un obsequi. Però crec que el més important és que t'estalvia el trasllat, i a més el guia ha estat molt professional amb un anglès excel·lent. En aquest grup hi havia turistes estrangers i el guia podia canviar de seguida del xinès a l'anglès, parlant un anglès molt agradable d'escoltar. L'única llàstima va ser que, a causa d'un terratrèmol o algun altre motiu, la zona dels fideus fluents estava tancada i no vam poder provar-los. Alguns membres del grup van anar a remar i, per culpa del temps, van arribar tard, però el guia les va esperar.

En Kevin és un guia fantàstic, superentretingut i entusiasta, que ens va fer riure i gaudir de l'excursió! Totes les instruccions van ser clares i es va destinar prou temps a cada activitat. També va ser molt amable i ens va regalar detalls per endur-nos a casa de record, moltes gràcies :) L'únic comentari que tenim és que, en fer la reserva, initialment pensàvem que anar en barca de rems seria la primera activitat i aleshores no plovia. Tanmateix, primer vam visitar el santuari i, quan vam voler anar a remar, malauradament a causa del temps i del nivell massa alt de l'aigua ja no vam poder. Entenem que això és imprevisible i no és culpa seva en absolut, però potser, especialment quan fa bon temps, podria ser la primera activitat tal com estava previst. En general, recomanariem sens dubte en Kevin i les seves excursions, superagradables i memorables. Gràcies!

I have been to Japan many times, but this was my first time choosing a one-day guided tour. First of all, a huge shout-out to my tour guide, Sun Peng—he was humorous, very responsible, and extremely professional. I enjoyed listening to his many stories and his recommendations for delicious food. Second, regarding the itinerary, each location is actually worth spending a full day at, so joining a tour feels a bit rushed. I recommend the Aso train and Kusasenri itinerary. I also really liked Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine, and the shrines in Takachiho were nice as well, though the gorge tour was just so-so. Skipping the boat ride and the mini-train was a very wise choice, I think, because it was just too hot. Finally, a big shout-out to the driver. Since it coincided with a Japanese long weekend and I heard traffic was terrible, the driver skillfully avoided the worst of the congestion. Very professional.

one of the best tours I have ever been to! the tour goes to all of the must see spots in Miyazaki! the Gorge was absolutely beautiful! i also really loved the Aso Grass land. it was very foggy which created a ghibli vibe right out of the Howls Moving Castle movie. our guide was absolutely amazing! she pointed us to all of the best spots and photo opportunities. the tour ended with the opportunity to try horse meat at an absolutely delicious shop- and local secret.

The overall experience of this trip was fantastic! Tour guide Fan is extremely fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, so communication was a breeze. Furthermore, he is very kind and attentively cared for every traveler along the way. The itinerary was well-organized, the introductions to each attraction were very detailed, and departure times were always announced in advance, allowing everyone to follow the schedule with peace of mind. The driver was also very dedicated, making the entire bus ride comfortable. All the sights this time were beautiful, and I especially loved Takachiho Gorge. The natural scenery, shrines, and outdoor activities along the way were truly relaxing, and the lunch was delicious as well. The overall pace did not feel rushed at all, making it a very comfortable journey. If you join this kind of outdoor tour, since there are quite a few sections that require walking, I recommend wearing a good pair of comfortable walking shoes to make it much easier! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves natural scenery and shrines.

I did the tour to see Takachiho Gorge and Aso Kusasenri, and I had a fantastic time. The tour was incredibly well-organized. Our guide, Sun, was knowledgeable and professional; he gave us great context about the area and guided us exceptionally well throughout the day. The gorge was beautiful, and the boat experience was so much fun. I also added the lunch package at the last minute and was really glad I did, because the food was delicious. We even got to see horses at Kusasenri, which was very cool. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

Un tour molt ben planificat, no ens vam sentir apressats i vam tenir la sort de veure tots els llocs d'interès amb un temps fantàstic. El nostre guia turístic era en Kevin i no podríem haver demanat un de millor; té un gran sentit de l'humor, explica molt bé i és molt responsable per assegurar-se que tothom estigui ben atès. És un dels millors tours d'un dia que podeu fer si teniu un dia lliure a la zona de Fukuoka per gaudir de la natura! (Però definitivament, comproveu el temps abans!)
