Van ser les més dolces i, tot i que porto una talla 1x, em van fer adaptacions. Em van vestir i em van tractar com una reina. L'estilista i la sensi van ser molt professionals i altament qualificades. La recepcionista era encantadora. Em va encantar la meva perruquera. Té un cor preciós. És professional, segur, net i amb bona energia. Els recomano molt. Realment et cuiden. Els estimo, vaig rebre molts compliments de tothom al temple. Gràcies per fer que el meu aniversari fos increïble.

This was one of the best experiences of our trip! The kimonos were beautiful, with a wide selection of styles and colors. The staff were friendly, patient, and skilled, making the dressing process easy and comfortable. The hairstyling was elegant and completed the whole look perfectly. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Everything was organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable kimono experience.

El fotògraf va ser molt professional. Em va guiar sobre com posar, on mirar i em va ajudar a sentir-me relaxada davant la càmera. També em va deixar revisar les fotos durant la sessió per assegurar-me que m'agradaven. Les fotos van quedar precioses i les vaig rebre molt ràpid, només un dia després!

This was such an amazing experience to do and the staff were sooo friendly, kind and helpful. They had a wide range of selection and was VERY close to the Senso-ji temple which made it even better. Their prices were also a lot cheaper than other places nearby. 100% recommend - do note they have moved location compared to the one on the booking. Once arrived, note showcasing new address less than 10 min walk but I think they’re still in the process of updating.

We arrived 5-10mins late from our booked time since we got lost but the staff accommodated us immediately. They were really friendly and easy to talk to as they speak in english. They helped us choose the kimonos and the accessories. The staff who fixed my hair also did a great job and was really friendly. We loved the experience!

My family had a great experience. The three ladies who took care of us were so friendly and helpful. They fix our hair and Kimono. They were gentle with our hair. The price is very reasonable for the service provided. Ale the cameraman was very patient and took great photos. I highly recommend this to family and friends.
