I was planning to travel from Chiang Mai to Bangkok by sleeper train, spend a day in Bangkok, and then take a late-night flight home, so it was great to feel refreshed after the spa. I had heard that spa users could purchase products at a slightly lower price, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps you need to book a full course, not just a spa treatment, to get the discount?

Repeat customer here, Once Upon A Thai is probably my favourite spa in the world. Facilities are great - everything feels new and very well-maintained, the spa rooms are huge and very aesthetic. I always feel so pampered here, a true haven for self-care and relaxation. Every little touch elevates the experience - the singing bowl ritual before the start of the massage, the aroma basin(?) they place underneath your face while you’re having the massage, the heated bed, the beautiful private onsen and shower. They even gave me a herbal ball for free at the end of my massage. Will definitely be back again and again.

Fantastic! This is my first time coming here for a massage after visiting Bangkok so many times. The environment is very comfortable, and the masseuse was extremely attentive with great technique. Highly recommended! After the massage, I went straight to the Erawan Tea Room for afternoon tea. A perfectly planned itinerary!
