The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After learning that my father had mobility issues, they proactively upgraded us to a room without stairs, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay much more comfortable. The overall service quality was excellent, truly touching and appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors. It was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Friendly staff, clean room, great spa facilities and homey breakfast buffet. Had a great healing time.

The environment is quiet and peaceful, and there weren't many people since it was a weekday. The room didn't seem as large as in the photos, and breakfast was simple. Although the bathroom window was open for ventilation, there was still a musty smell upon entering the room. The bathtub filled up quickly, but the showerhead had low water pressure.
