I'd like to share my personal experience from a trip I took in June. It was incredibly difficult to book tickets for the Colosseum through the official website, so I spent a long time searching on a platform before I found this tour. Initially, I wanted a tour with a live guide, but the group fees were too expensive. So, I opted for a package that included an app-based audio guide instead (because my trip was planned at the last minute). This tour doesn't have a live guide. When you arrive at the site, you scan a QR code, and a Chinese-language tour guide (you need to download the POP guide app beforehand) will be available on your phone. The process involves arriving early at a shop near the Colosseum to exchange your voucher with a staff member. They will give you a physical ticket and the QR code for the audio guide. Once you have your ticket, you can head to the Colosseum. Since there's a scheduled entry time, you can arrive 15 minutes early, which is roughly your admission time. Look for staff members wearing yellow vests at the entrance, and after entering, you'll go through a security check. Although the platform mentioned skip-the-line access, I visited on a weekday and didn't have to wait long in line, only for the security check. (Customer service confirmed that this package does include skip-the-line service after the security check). After exploring the Colosseum, you can take a break outside before re-entering the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. (These have different entrances; there are three entrances to choose from here). It took me about 4-5 hours to walk through all three areas; they are truly vast. Overall, I think it was a good experience, and the customer service from the official platform was quite responsive when I communicated with them previously. Additionally, I've included my previous conversation with customer service below, where I had questions about this package. I didn't understand what "does not include the arena floor" meant at first, and customer service clarified it for me. You might find it helpful: "Does not include the arena floor" means you cannot walk to the very center of the arena, the ground level where gladiators used to fight. The main difference between the two options is the "viewing location": Your package (without the arena floor): You stand in the spectator stands (1st-2nd levels) and get a bird's-eye view of the entire interior of the arena and the underground area. This offers the most magnificent photo angles. Package with the arena floor: You can also walk onto the central wooden stage. So, even though my package didn't include walking onto the central stage (it was cheaper...), I could still see the entire Colosseum, which I thought was great. Just wanted to share that for your reference.

Eddy is the most amazing guide! He is equal parts of knowledgeable and humourous. His detailed explanations helped us to appreciate the centuries of history, culture and art that is preserved in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. I would definitely recommend paying more to get a guided experience! It's well worth it!

El Panteó és una estructura magnífica on es pot trobar la tomba o les restes de Rafael, d'Emmanuel i de molts altres. Com sempre, el preu és el doble del que costa a l'entrada, però t'estalvies la cua per comprar l'entrada, que pot ser de 30-45 minuts d'espera, a més del temps d'entrada. Per a aquesta entrada en particular, cal bescanviar el val per entrades de paper al centre d'informació de la Piazza Navona, a 8 minuts a peu del Panteó.

I did the night walking tour with carpe diem tour. it was absolutely amazing! our guide Maham is so well versed and she gave us a lot of bite sized knowledge and interesting facts about the city. I love how passionate she is about her job! she also introduced the nice places to visit and go to! love it and would recommend everyone to book this tour!

Greeted by the uniformed staff friendly once arrived at the meeting point. everything was smooth. We had a VR introduction on the Gondola history before taking a short walk to the pier. The Gondola experience was great that we got the chance to tour around Venice slowly on the boat. The price on Klook is very reasonable when comparing to onsite appointment. Highly recommended!

Didn’t know that you have to exchange for the real ticket at the office first before queuing. Luckily the lady let me in instead of asking me to queue on my time slot again. Otherwise nice small museum with other old sculptures and musical instruments.

Always enjoyed visiting Milan Cathedral. Always amazed how beautiful it is and wondered how it was built. The museum even added more highlights with our tour. Highly recommended to book/visit while in Milan. Get the early access to avoid to much crowds.

I highly recommend going to the top of the church 😍 it's truly beautiful ❣️ After reading reviews, I chose to take the elevator, and after experiencing it, I completely agree that it's the best option ❣️ But be aware ‼️ there are still some stairs to climb in the middle, and they are steep and narrow ‼️ To exit, you'll need to use the stairs, and they are very narrow ‼️ Those with foot injuries and the elderly should consider this carefully ‼️ Photo 4: Shows two elderly people slowly descending the stairs (I didn't get a picture of the stairs themselves at the time, they were very steep and a bit dangerous). They sat down to rest after this short section of stairs 🥺

Niccolo was an excellent guide! He brought the history and stories of Pisa, Siena, and San Gimignano to life with wonderful insight and practical tips. His warm humour made every story engaging and easy to follow. A truly memorable tour!

Serravalle Designer Outlet is an easy and worthwhile shopping trip from Milano Centrale Railway Station. The shuttle journey is smooth and seamless, taking about 3 hours round-trip. Tip: choose front or mid seats at pickup from Centrale FS for a more comfortable ride. The outlet itself offers an excellent retail mix with a wide range of international and luxury brands. The shopping experience stands out for its attractive discounts, with many stores offering substantial savings throughout the year. Store layouts are spacious and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxed browsing experience even during peak hours. Overall, Serravalle Designer Outlet combines accessibility, comfort, and strong retail value, making it a worthwhile addition to any Milan itinerary.

Bé, podeu entrar directament. Hi ha una audioguia gratuïta del Palau Ducal que s'ha de descarregar un cop hàgiu entrat al Palau. També hi ha wifi. Pot durar aproximadament 3 hores, i també passareu pel famós "Pont dels Sospirs".

L'entrada ens va ser enviada un dia abans. Va ser fàcil entrar per la primera porta; poca cua. Només recordeu tenir un DNI o passaport per comprovar el nom (ja que ho verifiquen) i ser-hi a temps. No inclou el Corredor Vasari, però el bo és que té audioguia que ajuda a saber quines parts són imprescindibles i quines es poden passar per alt (nota: l'audioguia oficial costa 6 euros addicionals al lloc). En general, satisfet.
