Easy to use, app is simple and provides good info on train routes etc. A bit pricey at first, but you if you don’t have definite plans and prebooked train tickets months before, will recommend getting this to avoid variable prices.

When you purchase a round-trip bus ticket, you can ride the outbound journey an unlimited number of times, but the return journey is limited to one ride. You can easily find your way out of the airport by following the bus signs (you'll see the airport name if you look back, as shown in the image below). We had 29-inch suitcases, and the bus was quite long. Although there wasn't a dedicated luggage area, it wasn't crowded, so we were able to use some seats for our bags. There are USB charging ports on the bus.

After booking, the travel agency immediately sent a message to confirm. Once I joined their Line account, they promptly confirmed the itinerary details. A few days before departure, the guide for the day of the trip was added to the chat for final confirmation, so there was no worry about not being able to reach anyone.
