Her explanations at each sightseeing spot were very detailed, informative, and well organized. She was also very attentive to the needs and situations of the tourists throughout the trip. In addition, she took the time to chat warmly with individual travelers and shared a lot of helpful information, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal.
