Tots dos conductors, tant d'anada com de tornada, van ser puntuals i molt amables. Tot el trajecte en cotxe va ser molt suau i el millor de tot, com que utilitzàvem el carril bus, vam poder evitar les llargues cues a immigració per als cotxes. Vam viatjar durant la temporada alta de Hari Raya, però vam entrar i sortir en un tres i no res. Recomanaria molt utilitzar-los per evitar els embussos.

We appreciated how punctual the trip was, and the border crossing process was handled efficiently, which made traveling between Singapore and Malaysia stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful whenever passengers had questions or needed assistance. What we loved most was how convenient and hassle-free the entire experience was. Instead of worrying about transportation, we were able to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery on the way to Legoland.

good experience but there is a hassle as the ticket given to me was expired. but when i talked to the agent they gave me a new ticket.
