We had a big bus to a cozy group of about 12 people. The ride was comfortable since the journey was long but we were given breaks at rest stops along the way. The guides took good care of us. The weather was great and we were given enough time to explore Jogasaki coast and Mt Omuro. The latter was foggy at times and taking a walk around the crater felt mystical because of the fog and illusion of low hanging clouds. It was also cooling to walk around which was a good respite from the hot humid summer.

Hem tingut una experiència meravellosa en aquesta excursió d'un dia a Izu! El punt de trobada era fàcil de trobar i el nostre conductor parlava un anglès excel·lent, fet que va facilitar que s'entengués tot. També va ser molt atent, sobretot quan algú necessitava anar al bany.
Tot i que ens va decebre que el mont Omuro estigués tancat, l'operador turístic ens va avisar amb antelació que no estaria disponible del 15 al 25 de juny, cosa que vam agrair molt. En lloc d'això, vam visitar el zoo Izu Shaboten, i es va convertir en un dels moments més destacats del nostre viatge. Interactuar amb els capibares va ser molt divertit, i molts dels animals anaven lliures, cosa que va fer que l'experiència fos encara més memorable.
La costa de Jogasaki era impressionant, i creuar el pont penjant de Kadonowaki va oferir unes vistes increïbles de l'oceà. El trajecte amb tren vora el mar també va ser pintoresc i relaxant. Fins i tot sense el mont Omuro, aquesta excursió va superar les nostres expectatives i és una opció que recomanaria amb molt de gust.

Travelled as a family with 2 adult sons. There were about 16 members in our group and we rode a Toyota coaster which felt a little cramped. Our tour guide was William and he did very well speaking in Chinese and English. At Lake Kawaguchi you have to select if you want the cable car or ship ride. We got both tickets but there was no more time left for the boat ride. At Mt. Fuji 5th station and Owakudani it was very cold and windy. At Lake Ashi we opted for a picture at the torii which had a long queue, instead of hiking to the shrines. The Shuzenji Resort hotel dinner and breakfast was filling with a variety of delicious japanese food, we had a good night's sleep, especially after bathing at the onsen. Were not able to do "Matcha Mountain" but were taken to another park which was our favorite part of the tour because the view & atmosphere was very serene, a less touristy spot. At Enoshima we had a good lunch at our expense, William led us walking and then riding the train to Kamakura.

Since my two-year-old nephew wanted to visit the Anpanman Children's Museum in Yokohama during our trip to Japan, we hired a private car for the day to avoid the hassle of public transportation. This allowed us to go to Yokohama and then make a stop at the Fujiko F. Fujio Museum on our way back to central Tokyo. Our driver, Master Zhang, was incredibly professional and punctual, and we're very grateful for his patience with our constantly noisy child in the car. We will definitely book his private car service again for our next family trip!

We had an unforgettable time here. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and the dinner menu. Everything was completely different and incredibly delicious over the three days. The onsen (hot springs) were all very beautiful, and we made extensive use of them. Furthermore, the ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) was simply incredibly beautifully decorated. There was a small garden with koi fish, and we could observe the river from many vantage points. The town itself is also very charming, offering a beautiful shrine, a magnificent temple, and many small shops and restaurants.

We had a great and wonderful experience in this ryokan. we arrived in a rainy day (more than 150mm) and there is an official flooding risk in the Shuzenji area but this resort is secure and functional as 100%. The majority of staff understand the basic English so it makes our experience much more easier. The spot itself is well maintained, equipped and clean. The 7 free private onsens are another big plus. Also we could choose beautiful yukata as we wish. Finally, we appreciate the half board and complimentary welcome drinks/amenities offered. Overall, 100% positive experience and so happy staying there.

the room is good with great outdoor bath in the balcony. but the light indoor is very soft and without tooth brush provided.
