这是我在大叻遇到的最棒的烹饪老师！✨ 她是一位能量满满的 single mom & 市场女王。今天的课程只有我一个学生，她不仅耐心教我，还带我去市场认识她的朋友们，每个摊位的老板都像她的好朋友一样，超级会社交！🤩 在市场里她向我介绍了越南美食常用的食材，让我收获很多。 做饭的地方同时也是她的餐厅和家，氛围很温馨。今天我做了 炸蘑菇肉饼、咖喱牛肉、鱼米粉汤，尤其是炸蘑菇肉饼超级好吃！ 她不仅会做饭，还很会记录生活，所以也很懂得分享和交流。吃饭时她跟我聊了很多她的人生故事，作为一名单亲妈妈真的非常不容易，但她依然坚强、努力并热爱生活。我相信她未来一定会越来越好！ 这堂烹饪课让我学到了越南美食，也感受到了她积极向上的能量。❤️ 非常推荐大家来体验，相信你也会和我一样收获满满！
Son was an amazing teacher and an even more experienced chef! we met up at the designated location and discuss about our menu preference. Son was very accommodative and can even accommodate our additional menu (bun cha hanoi) which was not on the original menu. In fact you can discuss any menu with her and she will be able to make them. 😊 Then we had a detailed market tour before moving to the outdoor cooking area for our class. Throughout the session Son was very detailed and enthusiastic about every steps - a real good teacher and it was so much fun cooking with her. We made plenty of dishes and all of them tasted delicious. j’ai vraiment apprécié m’on après-midi avec Sun. la visite au marché m’a permis de le redécouvrir d’un point de vue différent et intéressant. sa soupe au citrouille/squash et les champignons shitake fourré à la viande étaient particulièrement délicieux. un 4,5 heures de plaisir en bonne compagnie.
Son is a strong woman, serve us with a lot of laughters. She introduces different local ingredients for us in the market. Her recipes are tasty, and teach me, a cooking newbie with patience. Hope she enjoys life with her cute daughters.
가이드가 말이 많아서 영어가 잘 안되면 피곤할 수 있는데, 그만큼 많은걸 알아갈 수 있고 시간도 훅훅 가네요. 가이드분도 친절해요~ 재미있는 경험이었습니다.
Mrs Son is an amazing, friendly and cheerful guide and chef! She is so knowledgeable and approachable and has such good rapport with the market sellers and Stop And Go staff (meet up point and where the cooking is done) who collectively made the tour such an enjoyable one. It made for such a pleasant experience and we had a wonderful time exploring, cooking, eating and conversing! Highly recommended!
