I had a wonderful experience on this tour, and I want to highlight how incredible our guide, Fuka-san, was. She was very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable. This tour, organized by Magical Trip, truly exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable, and the food was tailored to our preferences, which added a personal touch. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Osaka!

Overall— this company provides great customer service. I was late arriving because of traffic— the company arranged for me to meet up with tour group at the first restaurant. Mia was a great tour guide with very good English. She was attentive and informative. The food selections at the first 2 places could be improved. Not really that tasteful and the first place was all fried food but not tempura. The last place was the best but was so full that I couldn’t fully enjoy it. Smaller or shared portions and update the food selections for better experience.
Hide was a great guide and would definitely recommend this tour and Hide. The restaurants/food was also great

i was lost for almost 3hours and unable to go to the tour, i hope next time there is a landmark to easy to navigate
