My wife and I had an absolutely incredible hot air balloon ride with them in Cappadocia, and it was the highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was impeccably organized—the pickup was punctual, the safety briefing was clear, and the entire team was professional and friendly. The flight itself was pure magic. Soaring above the stunning landscapes at sunrise, we were in awe of the breathtaking views over the fairy chimneys and valleys. Our pilot was skilled and shared interesting facts about the region, making the experience even more special. 한국인이며, 투어는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 투어시 한국인은 저 혼자였으며, 다른 외국인과 조인투어지만 기본적으로 영어로 소통하기에 어려움은 없었습니다. 괴레메에서 호텔픽업가능합니다. 출발시간은 약 4시40 분정도로 기억합니다. 탑승장까지의 거리가 멀기어서 약 1시간정도 차를 타고 갑니다. 도착하면 간단한 간식(차이,빵)을 먹고 각자의 열기구에 탑승을 합니다. 저의 경우 12인승 열기구였고, 한칸에 3명이 탓지면 공간적 여유는 있었습니다. 괴레메같이 아래에 도시는 없지만 계곡을 배경으로 펼쳐진 운무와, 일출은 정말 환상적이였습니다. 높이는 약 1800m까지올라가며, 고소공포증이 없는편인데도 아찔한 높이라서 고소공포증이 있는분들은 조금힘들수도 있겠습니다. 내려오면 간단한 샴페인 파티를 하는데, 이때 보통 팁을 드립니다. 팁은 100리라 정도 드렸네요. 괴레메로 복귀하니까 대략적인 시간은 9시 가까이 되었습니다. 개인적으로 터키에서 가장 기억엔 남는 순간중 하나였기에 꼭 추천드리는 투어입니다. -마지막으로 팁 : 열기구는 날씨에 영향을 많이받아서 취소가 매우 번번히 일어나더군요. 저도 카파도키아4일 일정중 괴레메쪽에 2번 예약을 했지만 두번다 캔슬나고, 마지막으로 신청한곳이 여기인데 여기는 다행이 운행을 해서 탈수 있었습니다. 숙소에 복귀해서 물어보니 괴레메쪽은 오늘운행을 안했다고 하더군요. 그것을 보아 제가 간 지역만 열기구가 뜬거 같더군요. 그렇기에 괴레메쪽에 못뜬다고 실망하지 마시고, 조금은 멀리떨어진곳도 신청을 해보시는것을 추천드립니다.

Everything was nearly perfect from pickup (very close to on time) to easy snack before the flight. Watching the balloon inflate was fantastic. We had a very good captain so everything was very smooth n seamless In the air. Afterwards some company hiccup made it so we got back about an hour late. highly recommend!

接送非常準時，然後因為我們是前一天取消所有的熱氣球，所以趕快臨時再用klook訂這個行程，早上大概3點出發開車到現場大約一個小時，就準備出發熱氣球了，早上會吃一個簡單的早餐，熱氣球公司的人員非常客氣，非常推薦，價格很公道，不一定要選在格雷梅，因為價格太貴了！

Shuttle car pick up was on time from hotel. The light breakfast provided was delicious. The hot air balloon flight was a great experience too and good value for money with 18 people basket. However, if you choose to fly at Soganli, make sure you allow 5 hours for the entire trip (picked up and then dropped off back to hotel) as Sognali Valley is far away from Goreme, hence the lower price. The only complaints were the shuttle bus was really cold and driver did not turn on heater despite being asked. In addition, we were not told which balloon we will take and had to find out ourselves which was inconvenient. Overall, happy with this booking.

this was such a great experience and not to be missed when you’re in cappadocia! they’ll pick you up from your hotel, have a light breakfast and you’re off to fly. breathtaking views, really. do remember to put on layers of clothes as it can get really cold. however, I had some issues with Klook when booking this but just make sure you chat with their agent and push for refund + compensation from Klook if you encounter any overlook of booking.

Our Soganli Valley flight was unfortunately cancelled due to high atmospheric wind velocity, but I was very impressed with how the team handled it. They didn't take any unnecessary risks and kept us informed the whole time. Safety should always come first in Cappadocia, and it’s clear this company takes that seriously. The communication regarding the cancellation and the refund process was smooth and professional. Disappointed not to fly, but I would trust this crew again in a heartbeat
