首先导游没有准时来接送我们，后来需要咖啡店员工帮忙打电话给旅行社，导游才来接我们，导游一来就推销他们旅行社行程，游览过程也没有什么讲解，不过之后旅行社帮忙换了导游，旅行社老板人也可以，整个旅行也愉快，辛苦司机了。
We paid over £20 for this tour with the Klook website stating that there would be no extra charges. On arrival to multiple destinations we were told we needed to pay which worked out at the equivalent of £7 extra. This meant that, for the things that we saw and our overall experience the tour was very expensive. Also the advertised itinerary was not the one followed on the day and we missed many of the advertised locations which was a shame. Guide collected us from our hotel and a vehicle took us to Monkey temple which was great. When we contacted the organiser and explained the above he replied with ‘oh’ and no explanation which was disappointing. Overall expensive and disappointing.
guide was on his phone most of the time. did not provide much information on sites, very disappointed.
