Safari fluvial All-In, Galle, platges de Mirissa (observació de balenes opcional)

Vaig gaudir molt de l'excursió amb la senyora Shashika i el seu marit. Em van ajudar a entendre la història local i tota la resta d'informació detallada. L'eclosionadora de tortugues i la platja de Hikkaduwa van ser realment impressionants. La ciutat de Galle és preciosa. El dinar també va ser molt bo. Moltes gràcies a Klook. Realment agraeixo i recomano aquesta activitat a altres. Finalment, vull esmentar que també vaig gaudir molt del passeig en vaixell pel riu Madu. Gràcies.

És una llàstima que el conductor i el guia ens recollissin tard, gairebé 1 hora després de les 5:45 del matí. Podríem haver aprofitat el temps per dormir més. Com a resultat, ens vam saltar la primera platja i el primer temple de l'itinerari. No obstant això, el viatge va ser bastant fluid i el trajecte agradable. Vam provar el dinar i l'esmorzar locals, que són les coses que més ens agrada fer durant les vacances. El passeig en vaixell també és agradable, fins i tot quan em va costar pujar i baixar-ne, ja que m'havia relliscat la cama just abans. Hauria estat millor si haguéssim pogut trobar més records per comprar. Vam arribar a Colombo abans del previst, ja que no vam fer snorkel a la platja. Va ser un viatge divertit. El recomano a aquells que no saben què fer a Colombo i volen aventurar-se fora de la ciutat.

とても親切なガイドさんが定刻通りお迎えに来てくれて１日楽しめました!ただ、会社側がツアーの内容をガイドさんに伝えてなかったようで、どういう内容がツアーの中に含まれているのか知らなかったようなので、こういう内容がツアー料金に入ってるよ！て事をお伝えし、ガイドさんが会社側に連絡してくれ、ツアー内容どおりに進めることが出来ました。トイレ休憩も希望の処へ寄って頂き、とても楽しめました！！

Great day trip and well worth going. Driver was courteous and was helpful in providing useful information during the trip. Also ensured that I was safely looked after. Trip is recommended.

Had a wonderful afternoon on this tour. Vehicle was comfortable and clean and the itinerary is easy going and as described.

VTV816256 BOCKING DATE: 2024-07-14 - ADULTS AMOUT $357.80 Dear Travel Coordinator, lam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Galle and surrounding areas day tour from Colombo that I booked through Klook. The tour was very poorly handled by the local coordinator, Miss Shashike. The primary issues I encountered were: The driver provided did not speak English well, and was not a professional guide. He did not even know who he was supposed to pick up from the hotel, and had no information about our booking. Although breakfast and lunch were included, the driver took us to a local restaurant for breakfast and allowed us to select our own food. However, when it was time for lunch, the planned restaurant was closed. The driver then simply gave each of us 1000 LKR to go eat on our own. This was a very unsatisfactory experience, as l expected a coordinated tour with an English-speaking guide who would provide commentary and bring us to pre-arranged dining locations. Instead, we were left to fend for ourselves for meals.Please spicy the amount is provided for the local meal for breakfast and lunch I would like to request that Klook reconsider the inclusion of breakfast and lunch in your tour packages. It would be better to allow tourists to choose their own dining locations, rather than forcing us to accept subpar meal arrangements. I hope you will take this feedback to heart and improve the quality and coordination of your local tours in Sri Lanka going forward. Reliable transportation, knowledgeable guides, and proper meal planning are essential for providing a positive experience for your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The package says you’ll get an English speaking driver/ guide. The driver did not speak English and could barely understand what I was saying. He was also new to this area and he was more busy taking selfies of himself and did not know many of the stops on this trip. For the price that I paid it was definitely not worth it. You can hire a cab and pay for the tickets yourself from Colombo. The only good part of this trip was that it was all inclusive so I didn’t have to pay any cash. But I would suggest taking a one way can to Galle and stay for a night.

Disappointed with the tour. The guide is a driver in disguise. He doesn't introduce the sights of interests but drives us, drops us and waits in the car. In the long journey, he talks on the phone most of the time. The breakfast and lunch provided is pathetic, same cafe for both meals. I'll rather u not include it.

hopeless service to say the least. don't opt for it. save your money and opt for services at the airport instead.

Vaig gaudir molt de la meva excursió amb la senyora Shashika i el seu marit. Van proporcionar informació històrica molt interessant en visitar el Fort de Galle i em van convidar a un bufet lliure local i autèntic amb plats de Sri Lanka, fins i tot animant-me a menjar amb les mans en lloc de coberts. Ho recomanaria molt a qualsevol persona que visiti Sri Lanka per primera vegada!
