Just need to scan the qr at the self service counter to get physical tickets, and get ready with your passport. Ready to enjoy the ride. And kudos to Klook customer service rep, she able to get confirmation on my booking even i did quite last min, less that 24 hours booking. 香港島出發，到蛇口，K11商場，海上世界等地遊玩，都很方便，下船後，碼頭沿海旁步行到海上世界藝術中心，只需要15分鐘，欣賞著海景走得舒服。

It was relatively easy to change to physical tickets. Need to collect them about 20min before the vessel departure timing and cater time to find the ticket office. First class tickets come with a choice of drink and snacks. Overall it was a smooth experience.

Scenics views while waiting to board the ferry and in ferry but counter only opened for admission quite late leaving us to wait really long. Overall it is still a nice experience.

Per les vacances de l'Any Nou del Cavall, la família va anar a Shenzhen Nanshan per a una estada de 3 dies. Com que hi havia gent gran i anàvem a Nanshan, agafar el ferri a Shekou va ser molt convenient. Vam passar la duana sense problemes i el viatge va ser còmode. Vam gaudir de 3 dies feliços i relaxats, molt satisfets.

Ticket redemption was quick (make sure you have your QR code ready before the ticket stand) and the ticket counter will issue you both the outbound and inbound tickets (if you booked a return). Immigration out was calm and easy (no long lines like at the SZ bay crossing via Bus or hectic people crossing Lok Ma Chau and Lo Wu).

上環去蛇口碼頭，人流少，比較方便，50分鐘左右到達~

第一次用非常方便，特登預早少少睇吓使唔使換票，最鍾意換票，但係沒有人排隊非常快捷，方便值得再用。
