this was the best activity place to do all your watersports highly recommend because there is a driver to pick up and drop off as well!

I enjoyed the excursion, only problem is that solo travelers have to book for 2 people and end up paying twice the price. The company tries to make up for it by giving you extra time on the rides, but if you only want a certain amount of time that's not satisfactory.

教練很專業，很有耐心，安全感很滿，而且會主動關心我們。特別提及接待跟安排行程的人員，有一位會說中文的女生，非常熱心，幫我們安排很多活動，還一直拿水給我們喝，我們是散客但還是非常用心照顧我們，給我們毛巾跟塑膠袋裝衣服，關心我們的狀況，我們覺得很窩心。但四顆心的原因，是因為安排汽車的人員因為沒有車了，請我們自己搭計程車，但行程表有來回接送這是唯一扣分的地方，請給予所有接待人員跟教練讚賞

The gentleman was amazing from the Driver to the tall guy there he was outstanding very polite nice outgoing knowledgeable we love to book this experience again with them. They are simply the best.

overall a great experience. love the convenience of a hotel picked up and drop off, communication with driver was smooth. asked for a later timing on klook but driver ask to pick up at 930am which is still acceptable for us. long drive, we lived in Kuta. Facilities seemed abit run down, lockers were old and keys rusty but still serves well. we added a ride on the spot which was soooo expensive (flying fish for 30SGD). suggest to buy all the rides u want via Klook. Also recommend to buy the photography and video to capture priceless memories

Had so much fun on this activity. Everything was great. My friend even add up activity such as Jetski aside from the Parasailing that we booked.

We topped up our package for seawalker as recommended by our handler and it was the best activity. Everyone was helpful and watched out for my son when he’s alone doing the activities.

Mika is a nice person ,he explained well and guided as well. Other instructor there were kind and helpful too. Its our 1st time in bali and we really enjoy our time. Thank you so much to Mika and the teams.

至れり尽せりでした！体験日の前日にWhatsAppにメッセージが届き、送迎についてチャットしました。送迎の地域の対象外のヴィラに滞在しており、追加料金がかかるとのことだったので追加料金を払うことでお願いしました。快く迎えに来ていただき、安全運転でアクティビティ場所まで連れて行ってくれました。パラセーリングのスタッフさんも日本語が達者で丁寧に説明してくださり、とても安心できてよかったので写真撮影のオプションも追加しました笑。パラセーリングは特別な体験で一生の思い出になりました。帰りも安全にヴィラまで送っていただき、こんなに安心して海外で楽しめたことに感動しました。最高の思い出作りを支えてくれたバリのみなさんに感謝です！
