Al segon celler, gaudiu d’un maridatge de vins i menjar, seguit d’un dinar relaxat d’estil familiar que mostra sabors de temporada en un bell entorn de vinya. L’última parada és a The Heke, per a un whisky artesanal de petita producció, o simplement gaudiu d’una copa de vi local en un ambient relaxat. Degut a la disponibilitat estacional, les ostres de Te Matuku poden no estar disponibles, però seran substituïdes per una altra delícia gurmet. Recomanem agafar el ferri Fullers de les 9 del matí o el ferri Island Direct de les 9.15 del matí des del centre d’Auckland com a molt tard per arribar a l’hora d’inici de l’excursió.

El ferri a Waiheke pot estar molt concorregut a l'estiu. Recomanem comprar els bitllets de ferri en línia abans de viatjar i arribar a la terminal de ferri d'Auckland amb prou antelació, especialment durant els mesos d'estiu de molta afluència. El ferri es carrega per ordre d'arribada.

Best wine your we have ever had and we have gone on many in different countries. Martin, our guide, was amazing and informative and friendly and the wine was ever better. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

와이너리를 4군데나 다녀서 매우 만족했다. 반면에 4곳을 다니다 보니, 와인 시식 이외에 잠깐의 경치를 볼 시간이 너무 부족했다고 생각한다. 그래도 다시 오클랜드를 간다면 와이헤케 와이 투어는 갈 것이다
Tour was carried out by Anandas tour. Guide was friendly but the tour was pretty rushed. Visited 3 wineries and 1 olive mill. The lunch included was more like a charcuterie board rather than a proper lunch. Klook side screwed up badly as the voucher I purchased says that ferry ticket was included. Thank god I called the tour company before going and learnt that the ferry wasn’t included. Had a couple of chats with klook experience specialists before my trip but nothing was done to resolve the issue. In the end had to purchase my own ticket and seek a refund from klook (which they ultimately return but it wasn’t a pleasant process). Was very frustrated with the online chat function as there were no number to call.
This was a wonderful tour. Stew was our guide and driver and he was a big part of why it was so enjoyable. The 4 wineries we visited and enjoyed tasting/food were well chosen. Small, boutique with passionate wine makers. Highly recommended.
