Un agraïment especial a l'Arjana, el nostre conductor principal, i a la Rinti, la nostra conductora/fotògrafa de jeep, per fer de la nostra excursió al mont Batur una experiència tan meravellosa 🫶🏻 L'Arjana es va posar en contacte amb nosaltres abans del viatge per confirmar l'horari de recollida, cosa que ens va ajudar a planificar millor el nostre temps. La seva actitud amable i la seva personalitat relaxada també van fer el trajecte més agradable, ja que ens vam sentir còmodes durant tot el viatge. El punt culminant de l'excursió va ser sens dubte l'aventura en jeep pel mont Batur i els camps de lava negra, liderada per la increïble Rinti. Tot i ser nova en la feina, es va mantenir positiva, professional i hàbil, navegant amb facilitat per les carreteres desafiadores. Ens va sorprendre especialment veure una conductora en un camp dominat per homes; realment ens va inspirar amb la seva confiança i dedicació! Després de l'excursió, l'Arjana ens va portar a AKASA Specialty Coffee, on ens van rebre amb una vista impressionant del volcà. Això va fer que fos fàcilment el millor esmorzar de tot el nostre viatge a Bali, un final perfecte per a una experiència ja inoblidable! Gràcies, Klook, per assignar-nos uns guies tan increïbles! Ens vam sentir segurs, ben atesos i no podríem haver demanat una aventura millor ❤️

It was quite an experience for my hubby & I as this is only our 2nd time in Bali after 25 yrs & 1st time in Seminyak! Our guide for the tour is Ketut and he is a very safe & experience driver. He made sure my hubby & I were comfortable, checking on us every now & then. Our jeep driver up Mt Batur was a lady, Rinti! And wow she is good at her driving skills up Black Lava on Mt Batur. Though she doesn't speak good Eng, but her driving skills & photography made up for it! 👍🏼 Both Ketut & Rinti made our trip very memorable, thank you so much! 👍🏼👏🏼

Intan and Wayan were both awesome. We got to experience a local coffee plantation and a restaurant with a gorgeous view of Mt. Batur. Wayan took us off road of with his jeep up to nice vantage point to watch the sunset. I would suggest you pack a sweatshirt as it gets cold up there.

this was a proposal trip and intan and popo(jeep driver) was amazing. I can never ever have such good photographer on a tour like this. Intan herself was also such a good coordinator and also reply to queries really fast. great work by the team. Hands down amazing. j would highly recommend to go with these tour and do ask for Intan and Popo. Trust me you will never regret.

It was an amazing experience, the sunrise at Mt Batur was really beautiful! My guide POPO was really professional and helpful, he took all the nice pictures for me and my son. It was a precious experience 😄

This was so worth the early wake up (pickup at 0300)!! Thank you to our 2 drivers on this package. Komang our driver to get to Mt Batur and the coffee plantation was super friendly and funny. She was so patient with us (we stayed for a bit longer than expected at the coffee plantation). Komang our Jeep driver took awesome pics for us and was so accomodating. Friggin' loved this activity!!!

Driver is very experienced and friendly, fluent in English also. Overall experience was pleasant and fun. just a heads-up bring some warm clothes for this tour.
