- Només el personal i els clients majors de 18 anys totalment vacunats tenen permès l'accés al cinema.

Guia de bescanvi de l'aplicació mòbil / lloc web de TGV:
- Pas 1: Inicieu l’aplicació mòbil / lloc web de TGV i inicieu sessió al vostre compte.
- Pas 2: Trieu la vostra ubicació de cinema TGV preferida.
- Pas 3: Trieu una data, hora i pel·lícula.
- Pas 4: Introduïu el vostre Codi de bescanvi (ID de rebut).
- Pas 5: Premeu menys (-) la quantitat de tiquets originals i premeu augmentar (+) la quantitat de tiquets de val.
- Pas 6: Completeu la transacció i presenteu el vostre codi QR a l'entrada de la sala de cinema.
Bescanvi al quiosc de TGV:
- Pas 1: Trieu una data, hora i pel·lícula.
- Pas 2: Premeu el botó "Val", escanegeu el codi de barres i finalitzeu la compra.
- Pas 3: Presenteu el vostre tiquet abans d'entrar a la sala de cinema.
Bescanvi al taulell de TGV:
- Pas 1: Després de comprar els vostres codis promocionals a Klook, aneu al vostre TGV preferit i adreceu-vos al personal del taulell per obtenir ajuda.
- Pas 2: Mostreu amablement el vostre ID de referència de reserva i els codis promocionals que apareixen al val de Klook.
- Pas 3: Seleccioneu la pel·lícula que voleu veure, la data i l'hora per completar el procés de bescanvi.
- Pas 4: Obteniu els vostres tiquets de cinema i gaudiu de la vostra experiència cinematogràfica a TGV!

Great and easy redemption process to get good savings on movie tickets at TGV. Can easily buy on the day itself to watch a movie later that same day. Highly recommended.
This is our favorite place to watch movie. It's always a good experience but today it was an amazing experience as my 8 year old boy insisted to watch Minecraft and we were late 5 minutes after the movie starts. The manager was kind enough to help us to get the tickets fast and because of him my son was super happy. TGV will go far with this type of good and kind staff. Thank you to Mr.Amirul and his staffs.
Clean washroom, courteous staffs, well kept space, good sound system. The day i watched movie, there were only 4 audience, and the sound wasn't too loud like other places. This place, they adjustable the sound just nice for 4pax.
I had a fantastic time at the SetiaWalk Puchong movie theatre. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt inviting and clean. The staff were polite and helpful, making ticketing and entry smooth and hassle-free.Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind with a good film in a great setting!
Watching a movie at TGV Sunway was a great experience even though renovation work was going on. The environment was still comfortable, and the cinema maintained a good atmosphere for moviegoers. Most importantly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, making guests feel appreciated from the moment they arrived. Their friendly service really made a positive difference. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit and I would still recommend this cinema to others.
The tickets are cheaper compare to buying direct from TGV app or counter. Easy redemption & no hassle. The tickets applicable even for newly released movies. Highly recommended & will certainly buy again.
