Creuer Rosy 3D2N: Tour per la badia de Ha Long i la badia de Lan Ha

We had an amazing trip with Rosy Cruise in the junior suite! Fantastic service, staff went above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, food was great and plentiful. Planned activities were very enjoyable and also flexible with which you wanted to attend, or skip and relax in the amazing room instead. Highly responsive support staff via WhatsApp prior to the trip, who very quickly answered any and all questions in detail. We did the 3D2N instead of 2D1N to experience the local village and had no regrets, also meant we got to enjoy the luxury of our room more, including the amazing bath with the ha long bay view!

highly recommended to go for this cruise - very well organised and seamless communication. the seafood buffet is amazing, with plenty of food options from chicken, beef, pork, clams, prawns, etc. the boat is very stable most of the time. the activities on kayaking and swimming are fun. the calm water of halong bay is very suitable for such activities. cat ba island cycling is really good. we love cat ba so much that we go back after the cruise trip has ended. the room is very well equipped with amenities. water pressure is very good. bathtub is very clean. the staff also provides room cleaning service as well. balcony is such a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Staffs understand basic English and able to serve customers well. They are very friendly and kind, super attentive to customers' needs.

it was an amazing experience for me the first visiting Hanoi. The transfer from hotel to cruise center was seamless.

I’ve got mixed feelings about this cruise. the sales staff was very helpful and all information was in order (driver details, pickup and drop off). but the cruise itself had very bad internet connection and wifi only works when it’s not moving and only at the reception and restaurant. the day trip is together with people from other cruises and the operator felt like he was just going through the whole motion and not very passionate about it. the activities are very weather dependent (kayaking, squid fishing, cycling) so if you go on a bad weather day your experience won’t be as good. personally 3d2n felt too long. I would have preferred a 2d1n but with a late checkout rather than early in the morning. the room was big and clean. instead of hand soap bar, I’d have prefer liquid soap. the food was ok but any drinks you still have to pay for it even coffee.

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting a first class Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay experience.

Wow. Just amazing. Rosy Cruise pull out all the stops when it comes to impeccable service. the room was beautiful. We felt like royalty on our trip. love it!

great experience with a funny tour guide. we had food poisoning on the second night tho, could have been the food we ate at the village.. but guide was attentive and served us porridge instead for dinner. overall would recommend but just be more conscious of what you eat/drink onboard!

I was moved to a smaller and newer boat Victorious Cruise in the last minute,, as it was also run by Roxy. Comments here are for Victorious. It has been an excellent experience, super friendly and helpful staff and crew giving you a world class service. Food, room, arrangements etc all excellent. i highly recommend you to join 3d2n instead of 2d1n,, it is a lot more enjoyable and relaxing. the excursion on the first day isn't the best especially the TiTop Beach, but everyone goes there anyway. The second day is the best, include kayaking to an inclusive cave and swimming at a really quiet bay. A really wonderful cruise a s if it is run by Roxy I think the bigger ship should be equally excellent!

Wonderful 3D2N cruise at Lan Ha Bay. This is an extention of the 2D1N cruise, the difference is that we spent the extra day on another day boat for our island visit and beach activity for 7 hours before returning to the Rosy to spend another night.
