First off, great and efficient communication with the Max Spa representatives via Whatsapp. Our location, preferred date and times were all confirmed and re-confirmed after booking, a few weeks before, and the day before. Yani and Ira were our therapists and they brought all necessary items for the massage to our treehouse villa. Both were very polite, accommodating, respectful and considerate. As someone who loves massages and has had them at nearly every place I visit throughout my travels in Asia and the West, I have to say this is by far one of the BEST sessions I have ever had (90mins of body + face massage). 10/10 would recommend and book again!

A must-do when travelling with young children. The massage was excellent, but most of all, it was incredibly convenient for families with preschool-aged children. My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage, our 10-year-old daughter had a gentle massage, and our 6-year-old son happily watched a movie while we were being treated. It made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free for everyone. We booked it just after Waterbom Bali. What a great choice!

We booked the home service spa with Max Spa and it was honestly one of the best experiences we had in Bali. The therapists were fantastic, really friendly, respectful, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment they arrived. The massage itself was outstanding. You can tell they’re highly experienced, they knew exactly how to work through tension and tailor the treatment to what we needed. It was easily the best massage we had during our trip. Everything was handled professionally, from the setup to the cleanliness and overall service. Having it in the comfort of our villa made it even better, no travel, no stress, just a really relaxing experience. If you’re in Bali and considering a massage, I’d highly recommend Max Spa. Great team, professional service, and an all-round top experience.

super love. was raining and they made an exception to still come at 9pm outside of their last call hours. massage was also good I fell asleep. they bring sarongs so you won’t mess up the bed. highly recommend
