Vam fer una excel·lent excursió de mig dia per Hanoi amb en Mac. Des del principi, va ser increïblement informatiu, amable i atent, adaptant l'experiència als nostres interessos en lloc de seguir un itinerari fix. Res no era un problema per a ell, i es va esforçar al màxim per assegurar-se que tinguéssim la millor experiència possible. El seu coneixement de la història, la cultura i els tresors ocults de Hanoi era excepcional, i el seu anglès era excel·lent, fent que tot fos fàcil d'entendre i atractiu. Si busqueu un guia expert i afable que realment es preocupi pels seus clients, no puc recomanar en Mac prou.

Vam tenir una experiència meravellosa al tour de mig dia per la ciutat de Hanoi. Quinn, la nostra guia turística, parlava un anglès molt clar i va explicar cada parada molt bé, fent que el tour fos informatiu i agradable. També va ser molt útil durant una situació d'emergència, cosa que vam agrair de veritat. Un agraïment especial també a Tong, el nostre conductor, per estar atent i assegurar-se que estiguéssim còmodes i segurs durant tot el viatge. Molt recomanable!

Tot i que va ser una excursió de mig dia, va valer la pena i va ser una bona inversió, amb molt per aprendre de la cultura i la història vietnamites. Mac, el nostre guia, va ser molt encertat i clar en tots els aspectes i la història.

Vam participar en el tour privat de mig dia per la ciutat de Hanoi a la tarda, el desembre de 2025. Vam gaudir del tour i el recomanem molt. Itinerari ben planificat, amb bona cobertura i un ritme còmode. La recollida i el retorn a l'hotel són molt convenients. Apte per a tothom, incloses les persones grans. La nostra guia local era una senyora alegre i entusiasta, l'April. Va ser fantàstica, molt fluida en anglès, professional, coneixedora i informativa. Vam aprendre molt d'ella. Va ser una gran experiència en general. Gràcies, April. La furgoneta era espaiosa per a tres persones. A més, l'Stella de Crossing Vietnam Travel va ser molt complaent i va acceptar canviar el cafè del barri antic per un cafè al carrer del tren. Molt recomanable!

I booked a joiner tour and I am glad that we are only 4pax! Our tour guide (I forgot his name sorry -- I think it's ming?) is on time, very well articulated, and very accommodating. He made sure that our time and money are well spent on this tour. He explained a lot about every stop and also shared other random interesting facts about Vietnam. The tour originally includes a cafe visit as the last part but we suggested if we can visit train street instead which he ok'd with as long as everyone is also ok with it. He also recommended us a very good Bun Cha place - he assisted us to get a table and ordered for us. Thank you for going above and beyond!

During our half-day Hanoi city tour with our guide Tommy, we experienced a vibrant blend of history and culture. Had a great time with our tour guide Mike. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites and Vietnam. Everything ran smoothly despite the hot and humid weather and we never had to wait more than a minute for the car moving from one site to another as Mike coordinated well with the driver. He took care of us patiently and gave us useful tips for the rest of our time in Hanoi. Highly recommended private tour - you can visit most of the famous sites within an afternoon without the stress of navigating (especially when traveling with older family members) and get a quick history lesson from a local, who also doubles as your official photographer 😆
