El guia turístic Jaden parla anglès amb fluïdesa, és agradable i té coneixements sobre tots els llocs, i és fàcil d'entendre. L'operadora Kaylee respon ràpidament amb informació útil i notes per a tot abans del dia.

i love this tour. it was a fully packed day tour. we were tired in the afternoon already because of the heat as well but all the places we went to are very nice. Our tour guide Michael was really nice and very knowledgeable. We went to almost all of the tourist spot in Hanoi. the transport service was also very comfortable. The food was also good. overall a very good experience

My mom and I had fun! Our guide, Lee, was very knowledgeable. He explained the history of the places we visited and provided some trivia along the way. Lunch was included and it was good. Lee took some great pictures, too! Thank you so much!

Our tour guide Tuan was very nice and knowledgeable about the sites we visited and the history of vietnam - and I think this tour is better paced than a half day tour so you’re not rushing. Tuan gives enough time to roam around, take photos and explain information about the site we’re visiting. Lunch was okay too ( served homestyle ). I would recommend this! Only comment would be the Bat Trang tour was a bit underwhelming but still okay if you like ceramics.

We absolutely loved this experience! It was the best decision we made during our entire trip. We thoroughly enjoyed every place we visited. The night before the tour, someone from the agency kindly reminded me about the dress code, as we would be visiting temples and museums. It was important to dress appropriately. Additionally, Mr. Son, our tour guide, texted to confirm the pick-up time for the bus in front of our hotel. This was incredibly convenient, especially since we were staying around Hanoi Old Quarters. Throughout the tour, Mr. Son demonstrated exceptional kindness and patience towards all of us. He ensured that we were well-informed about each place we visited. My best friend and I cherished every moment during the tour. The lunch provided was delicious, and Mr. Son made sure we were fully satisfied. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. We truly appreciate the excellent care you provided us with throughout the city tour. Cheers!

It was an amazing experience and the Tour Guide was the main reason for enjoying this trip. He explained very well the history on every place that we went. My fellow customers are also amazing. (Chinese, Indians and American) Lunch was a lot and tasty. For others that are planning to book the trip (bring water, fan, wipes, hat, sunblock, small bag, don't wear above the knee). The best part was Ho Chi Minh'S Mousoleum.

She informed me ahead what are the things I need to prepare and expect on the tour. She was very accomodating and very clear on instructions. Another Good Job well done to our Tour Guide Lee superb!!! Very knowledgeable and patriotic to his country. He knows very well the history of Vietnam. And add point he was a very good photographer.
